Dirty! Don’t get scammed Extremely dirty! Beware! Charged more than initial contract price. Several hotel guest constantly requesting refund for dirty rooms! Heard several horror stories on my 1 night visit, unbelievable. All the workers know the conditions but won’t admit to it and look the other way

disappointed I do not recommend this place, the non-smoking room smells like cigarettes and mold mixed together. The rooms and dining room are not clean and hygienic. It's a shame, the hotel has a reasonable structure, but the service is terrible. I hope the service and support improves a lot.

Dont stay here! Horrible & disgusting! I made the check in on March 30, 2025. I didnt last 10 mins!!! This hotel is terrible. No maintenance, everything falling apart, a/c with noises, dirty, scary, even the door to enter the room was broken! I even felt ichy quickly! Employes at reception nice, but OMG, apparently they dont gice any maintenance to the hotel at all. Is disgusting! Dont stay here! They dont even remburse what you pay on the reservation. These pics apparently are for when they 1st built the hotel. Noting like the present time! There were even chicken tights on the floor!!!! I didnt had time to take pictures of it. I ran away!

Disgraceful, run down, poor customer service On arriving we were charged $358 for surcharges, even though we had paid for holiday in full in the UK. Customer service was lacking, stance from reception staff was if you don't pay you can't stay here, we paid additional charges due to tiredness re traveling sixteen hours from UK. We were given door cards for room 626, when entering this room we found the floor was like a crime scene with red stains all over carpet; after a few days we noticed cockroachs by sink area and under fridge, the decor was tired, rusty brackets, holes under doors, curtains stained, holes in bedding etc. etc. We stayed in this hotel for twelve nights and the room was never cleaned within this period; we had to visit reception for fresh towels and toilet paper; additionally we attempted to get a refund to change hotels but were refused. We came to Orlando to visit Universal Studies and other parks, when booking the hotel, hotel specified shuttle service to relevant parks. However the shuttle to Universal Studies was once a day at 7am, return pickup was at 7pm from Universal. So we had no choice but to miss breakfast re breakfast times being 7am - 10am. Shuttle services to Disney we did not use, but I think they were a little later in the morning, additionally Busch Gardens shuttle does not run from maingate anymore, even though the hotel advocates such with a sign (misrepresentation). Uber/Lyft costs vary to parks from maingate, range is $16 - $30 depending on demand/times As for the included breakfast, cold boiled eggs, couple of cereals, orange, bread, bagels and a four slice toaster to toast your respective breads, big queues re guests attempting to use the one four slicer. This hotel was built in 1971 and was a Sheridan; unfortunately it seems the hotel has not been updated since 71 and needs to be condemned. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would recommend you you avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother Turned up. They couldn’t find my reservation. And when they did they told me they were overbooked so I couldn’t get a room. I was one of about a dozen guests in the same situation. Staff were unhelpful and offered no solution or alternative. Didn’t even offer a drink. Place stank of weed, shabby and run down. Booked it through Love Holidays who use a third party Web Beds. All less than helpful. I suggest you give all of them a wide berth.
