Orlando April 2025 Very small property with not a lot of amenities. Only one pool and one hot tub. But it is quite and not very crowded at the pool. They were not pushy with the time share. The resort fee is not included in the bill when you pre book, you will have to pay on arrival which is around 17 a night. Other properties are more than that,

5 Stars Had a wonderful stay at The Parkway Hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean, the location was perfect, and the overall vibe was welcoming. A special shoutout to Mario, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra enjoyable. Thanks for the amazing hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

Super Resort It’s a beautiful clean resort. Our unit was updated with new furnishings and appliances. The resort is close to old town and lots of places, that we like to visit , also the number four highway. Great location.

Very good place I like this place. It's better than advertised. I liked the attention in the lobby (they can receive packages too), the room (it has everything in order to stay comfortable). The internet connection is very good too.
