Tina Frint desk is Amazing Tina at front desk was AMAZING!! Hotel very clean!!!! Me and me family had a great time in our double queen room. Wonderful bar and restaurant on property. Also a stop and go to buy snacks for you and the family instead of going to expensive stores nearby

Great location for Disney I’m really torn about my review as it was a holiday divided in 2. If I was to write the review based on the first week, it would be 5/5. A lovely clean room, with enough room for a family of 4. Great location for Disney, usually around a 10 minute Uber or Lyft. Food was great and really enjoyed breakfast one day. Lovely heated pool and hot tubs. Reception was clean, bright and staff were all very helpful. Now for the negatives, the last few days were not good as large groups arrived. This changed the whole feel of the hotel. We couldn’t get in the pool as there were groups of cheerleaders practicing. It was dicey walking through reception as you had to dodge football matches. Our lovely relaxing base was completely ruined. I’m gutted as we had saved for 2 years for this holiday, the last few days were so stressful. Prior to this we were looking to rebook. Now I’m not sure we’d take the risk. I did raise my concerns with reception but was fobbed off with excuses.

Windows filthy, carpet filthy, changed bed linen twice in a 3 week stay. Terrible hotel.first bedroom had no safe in room and telephone wire was cut from wall. 4 days later moved to another room.filthy windiws and carpets, toilet didnt flush properly, i cut my leg in metal sticking out from bed. Bookwd through virgin travel, they have been terrible to deal with.

Paws, Parks, and Poolside Perfection!_️ This was our fourth time staying at Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration and once again it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Disney—and we love that it’s dog-friendly, so our pup can join the fun too. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the morning market for quick breakfasts. We originally booked for four nights but ended up extending our stay because we were having such a great time. Can’t wait for our next visit!

A great hotel ignore the bad reviews ** Virgin holidays customer ** This hotel gets really unfair reviews. Checking in was quick and easy, I did have to put down a a security deposit for each room but was refunded at the end of the trip. The rooms were spacious and tidy, one minor defect with the bathroom was a cracked tile on the floor but no mould or damp as reported. The beds were really comfortable and the tv and fridge were good. The bathrooms are a little tired and need some work but the shower was lovely. The pool area and lobby were welcoming and spacious and the outdoor seating areas were great for evenings. (What ever the fragrance is in the lobby A/C is bloody lovely) In terms of location you’re a stone throw from Disney world and there was very little in the way of traffic. A Lyft for 4 people was costing as little as $9. The area was nice and we were a 5 minute walk away from a Walgreens which was 24 hours and well stocked, food outlets near by and a Nike factory outlet around the corner. I’d definitely stay here again.
