Stay away This place is a rip off, we got a room full of mold, the management and owners are rude and they treat everyone not as a customer but as a houseguests. They are unprofessional and crude. I believe that the health inspector should have shut this place down. They have rooms caving in, power surges and outages, there is no security. Please stay away.

Place to stay close to Disney I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks ...Friendly staff, nice room and the best part was enjoy indoor pool while raining outside. ...Very pleased to stay at this hotel.A place to stay without burning your pocket.Will return soon.

Good quality for this price. I am so pleasure. Owener lady was so nice, she gave us free food when all stores was empty. Good location, store nearby, also IHOP. I like pool and swimming pool too. At our next trip we will definitely stay here.

Hotel is in very poor condition. I am sorry to say I did book this hotel online from one of the places that gives you a discounted rate. Find out when I arrived that I paid more than the regular charges from the hotel. Place is in very bad disrepair. One staff person told me they had reopened 6 months ago, not good. General disrepair, dirty, no shower curtain in my bathroom. Refrigerator had 6 inches of ice build up all around. They did take care of that the next day. Continental breakfast does not exist and coffee is awful. Only sweetner provided for the terrible coffee, no creamer and the front desk staff acts like you are disturbing them if you ask anything. 3rd day room key would not work, so had to come from the 4th floor to the desk to get it reprogramed.... Cars packed in front of the entrance and nobody checking in. People hanging in the stairwells outside and on side walks... Find someplace else to stay.... Pool area very dark...

AVOID at all costs We walked in our room to Crack/cocaine baggie and residue all on the dresser. My 10 year old nephew picked up the baggie, urine in the toilet and trash in the trash cans. The room across the hall was boarded up. Mold all over the ceiling, after I threw my fit and was walking out with a refund, the front parking lot was full of weed smokers. This place needs to be condemned.
