Kittery Inn and Suites

Outdated and Overpriced 3 night stay in room #30 in October 2023. Just under $300 per night. Pros: Close to Portsmouth/Kittery Easy Parking Easy after hours check in Somewhat comfortable bed Full kitchen (did not use) Cons: Deadbolt lock did not work Mold/dirty room (especially carpet) Lots of bugs (luckily no bed bugs) The stickiest remote I've ever felt The sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall Filthy exhaust fan in the bathroom Random hole in the wall This could be a great motel. Full kitchen and location could make for a very nice stay. The breakfast was as advertised. In its current state I would not stay here again unless the price was below $80 per night. This is not a $300 per night hotel. Staff seemed nice but I didn't really interact with them except at checkout. When I told them the room wasn't up to par it was just shrugged off. The attached pictures are more accurate than I saw on TA.

Exceeded Expectations This property is essentially a motel, but it is obvious that they care about guests' experience. Our King Suite was spacious and clean. The amenities such as linens, towels, soap and shampoo were more luxurious than would be expected. The Continental breakfast wasn';t fancy, but had many options. To top it off, in leaf peeper season the cost was about $200/night less than the chain hotels. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Welcoming hotel with comfortable rooms We spent two nights at the Kittery Inn and Suites. Although right next to a major road the Inn feels peaceful and calm. We had a cabin which was really roomy and comfortable and had everything you needed. The bed was lovely and being able to sleep with the windows open was really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a really good selection for breakfast including some excellent cake. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained and had some nice seating around it. We did use the laundry facilities.

50’s motel updated Very clean updated 50’s style motel. Close to main road but trees and flowers keep it very quiet. Staff friendly as are other guests you will eat a very good continental breakfast with. Our room had a private back porch. Unfortunately Lee was on the way so we shortened our stay.

Clean room/ Friendly staff Clean and comfy place to stay! Close to Portsmouth and Kittery. Cannot stress how clean it was. The staff was friendly and professional. You feel at home from check in. The breakfast was more than we had imagined for a continental breakfast. They go out of their way to have something for everyone. We will definitely be back when we visit this area again.
