Top 5 Massages - Amy Heals! The best massage ever! I had the privilege of completing a spa treatment, and it was truly a healing experience. My massage therapist, Amy was fantastic! I’ve been having a nagging shoulder impingement and she had the right technique to give me comfort in my shoulder. With a mix of deep tissue and Acupressure She massaged out all of the nuts and tightness in my right shoulder. I had the massage in the bungalows next to the waterfall, which was super relaxing! Thank you again, Amie for a great experience and your healing hands!

Perfect Anniversary The Fairmont Gold experience was wonderful. They offered great food for breakfast and heavy snacks in the evening. Hotel grounds were beautiful and the service was great! I would recommend the Orchid to anyone. We researched many hotels and were quite pleased.

Exceptional family vacation We loved everything about our stay at the Fairmont Orchid. Beautiful hotel, room was perfect for our family of 4, excellent location, excellent food (the breakfast buffet is a must), beautiful pool and the lagoon was incredible. We booked a snorkling excursion before knowing how amazing the snorkeling was at the hotel; we saw more amazing fish and sea life on the property than we did on the expensive cruise we took to a private cove. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We can wait to go back!

Peaceful Paradise Beautiful, restful amazing property! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Plenty to do on site with a calm cove for snorkeling, paddle boarding , or just reading on the beach with a tropical breeze! Breakfast buffet was a treat with lots of options in a breezy setting including skillfully curated omelets thanks to the chef. Lunch options were also varied and delicious. And we have a strong recommendation for the s’mores!! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will be back!

Outstanding Experience at Fairmont Orchid Fairmont Orchid was beautiful! The food at Hale Kai was really good (went back for Lobster Fried Rice Twice and the Chicken sandwich was wonderful) and Brown’s was even better. The breakfast buffet was super good with tons of variety and replenished right up to closing of breakfast hour. The location and views took our breath away. The only constructive criticism we can offer is that the room furniture needs some repair and updating. Loved the large tub and separate shower in the room as well as the spacious balconies! We went in a shoulder season last week of July with Backroads and lounge chairs (even in shade) were available through mid-morning. Our favorite activity was renting snorkel equipment from the beach shack-the variety and abundance of fish was incredible. A very special shout out to Momi at the front desk. At check in she went above and beyond to make sure our two rooms were allocated properly and when we were faced with a very late flight Momi took care of arranging things so that we could enjoy our last day instead of worrying about how to shower at 7pm after a day in the sun.
