Wonderful employees at the Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas and Resort We recently stayed for five nights at the Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas with a family of four. The two-bedroom villas were perfect for what we needed with a small kitchen, living room, and laundry in the suite. We liked the fact that the property was behind the main Sheraton hotel because it was less busy while still having full access to all of the regular hotel amenities including the restaurant and pool. The staff was all extremely friendly. We ended up having two unanticipated medical situations come up with family members during our stay and the evening manager and security who I believe were Dennis and Paul were wonderful. They took great care of us along with the rest of the hotel staff. Would highly recommend.

Paradise Just got home after 8 days at the hotel, The staff was awesome from the housekeeping staff "Elsie" to the staff at Lava's. The resort is spacious and the deluxe ocean view room was great, Finding out that the luau started again, the day after we left was a disappointment. The only negative we had was the front desk did not seem to have the Aloha spirit, short and curt. We would stay here again.

Nice and COVID is no issue We just spent five nights here. Everting worked fine. COVID is not an issue. But we had a hard time to book any high end restaurants. Most of them are booked 2 weeks in advance. Some of them are still closed due to COVID. That didn’t help. Would suggest you book restaurants before your arrival if you some favorites.

Perfect getaway for two. Quiet, peaceful resort on Kauai, a laid back and restful island. Pool area was great, beach was perfect with extremely soft sand. Lots of space for families and adults. Excellent views of ocean and sunsets. Easy to get around, beautiful resort.

Great location with a beautiful view We’re currently on day 3 of our five night stay at the Sheraton Poipu. Check in was very smooth and our rooms were very clean upon arrival. There is daily housecleaning (unlike our other hotel on Maui). The ocean side pool offers beautiful views with all the ambience of the beach but without the sand. Our kids enjoyed the lessons (hula, lei making, ukulele) which are included in your stay. Dee was very friendly and attentive during our pool bungalow rental. Everywhere on the islands are short on staff however we haven’t felt it during our stay at the hotel. A great place to stay while in Poipu.
