Topnotch Service! This is my third time I stayed at Residence Inn La Mirada because of its service! If customer service is a priority to you, this is the place to stay! The general manager, Kris D. and his staff Claudia and Crystal are very helpful and they make sure you are well attended to! I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 3star hotel but in my book it is a 4star!! It will be my “home away from home!”

My Family Was Dislocated Due To A House Fire Hacienda Heights California 06/16/2016 From The First Day Of My House Fire I Contacted State Farm With My Fire Claim My Agent Asked Me Where Do I Wanna Stay I Told The In La Mirada So I Had Too Choose Between 3 Hotels So I Visited All 3 Holiday Inn , Extended Inn Or Residence Inn So I Choose Residence Inn Over The Other 2 Amenites Spa , Pool , Breakfast Every Day Lunch Every Day , Dinner 3 Days A Week I Enjoyed My Stay Plus I Had A Room Service Attendant Everyday Cleaning My 2 Bedroom 2 Bath And Kitchen Which Was Supplied Coffee , Dishwasher , Stove Oven , Micro Wave Pop Corn Perfect Gem And We Had In N Out Burger Next Door And Harbor Frieght , El Pollo Loco Near By And Taquiera Los Comadres On Alonda Blvd And Stage Road 711 Store Arco Am Pm Very Convienant To My Job At Disneyland Me And My Family Stayed Here From June / November 2016 I Would Stay Again If Needed There Was One Employee His Name Was Timothy Room Service He Was Always Around To Help Me And My Kids And Wife

We're #3! We're #3! This hotel is #3 of 3 hotels in La Mirada, so take that under advisement. It is on the edge of town, if there is actually a town. It is located in an area that is more industrial, right near the freeway. Very little healthy eating options nearby. None, actually. Rooms are quiet but the buildings are all spread out so we had to walk about 200 yards from our building back to the main lobby to partake in the free breakfast. Note - do not bother with the free breakfast. Congealed scrambled eggs, warm coffee, the usual reheated breakfast items that some gigantic food supplier is making in some factory located in an industrial park, just like where this hotel is. As we were leaving we noticed the local county sheriff training van parked out front. Seems they use this hotel as a staging area for crime scene investigation training. Not a good look to see someone carrying a dummy out of a van for this very purpose. Seriously. That was the last thing I saw as we drove away. Rooms had been cleaned but I wouldn't say they had scene a deep cleaning or overall "sprucing up" in a long time. At 185 bucks per night it's obvious that you're paying based on supply and demand for rooms in the area, and probably based on what business travelers are paying. The price is most certainly not based on the quality of the facility. Upside - friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent Hotel and Awesome Value Very very nice people with excellent service from the front desk to the breakfast helpers to all the maids. Thank you! Breakfast was top notch 5 stars all the way. Everyone was fabulous and they even allowed us a very late checkout of 1pm which was nice too. They have almost finished a very nice renovation and the rooms were very roomy with all kinds of amenities including kitchen and you name it. Plus there are many restaurants not too far away. Pool and spa open late which we love and heated nicely!!! Highly recommend staying here! Zero complaints. Perfecto!

You can do better I wanted to check out before I checked in. To be fair, I arrived during a time of renovation at this hotel so the extra construction and disarray did not help. But this is a sad little motel. For women traveling alone, note I said motel. The rooms are all with exterior doors. And it's loud. You hear the roar of I-5 which is right next to the hotel. As well as the early morning train. Everything reverberates, so you hear your neighbors very clearly, even when they aren't doing anything particularly loud. The pool looked dirty. The barbecue grills were dirty. The gym was dirty. The hotel shuttle was broken. But at least the rooms were passable. The mattress is encased in plastic, which is loud to sleep on. And points to previous problems. If you want an inexpensive hotel in the area, you can still do better than this Residence Inn. I moved over to the new Hampton Inn and I was SO glad that I did. All that said, the staff works hard to overcome the facility. They were uniformly cheerful, helpful, and eager to please.
