Rocky start but a POSITIVE experience in the end At first it was a rough and rocky start with the evening front desk manager that was rude and unprofessional would not provide me her name and hung up on me. However, the next day I called and spoke to manager Nikki who heard my concerns, showed empathy and apologize as she assured me she would be addressing this individual. Getting to the property during check in for our event being held at the hotel unfortunately they were a bit short staffed however did their best to assist everyone as quickly as possible. During our stay all the staff including the security were all great! Some names of those that made a positive impact Manager Katherine, front desk Martha, Brianna & Phil were all very nice and helpful! Eduardo helped drive us to our room as this is a large property. I would return to stay here again!

A desert oasis! La Quinta staff and property as a whole were on point for our trip there for our 25th anniversary! They set us up with a great poolside room and provided everything we needed to enjoy the desert heat!!! Food from Adobe and Twenty6 was fresh and delicious and service excellent! We will be back to the La Quinta Resort in the future!

Spiders in room The hotel location and grounds are lovely. Our room was very dated, with frayed curtains and baby spiders in the tub. When I mentioned the spiders to the front manager, she said it was because they had trimmed the foliage and they would fumigate. Had an issue with our gold status being applied to our bill. Said we misunderstood the process - we needed to show our gold card to he staff every time we made a purchase. Took days to provide an $8 credit vs the $40. No apology. This experience could have been handled much better with an apology and a simple credit.

La Quinta is my ultimate happy place La Quinta Resort is one of our all time favorite resorts. We love coming to this area so much that we actually purchased a vacation home and still come to the resort every trip for dinner or a spa visit! The atmosphere at this property is pure serenity. The layout ensures that you feel like you are in a private haven vs a bustling resort. We love the restaurants, pool areas, rooms, and walk ways.

Awful Customer Service I had an awful experience at check-in with the front desk which, unfortunately, set the tone for my weekend away. I have been coming here for years, and am not sure I would go back based on my experience. If you purchase a voucher through a third-party for your stay, I’d suggest printing a copy of your voucher and prepare to argue for the accommodations you paid for.
