Awful I could deal with size and unlevel floors but, for $325 per night the furniture was unbearable. A cheap worn out mattress on a cheap worn out box spring on the floor. The linenes are cheap and disgusting. Could not sit on the couch, it was 12 " from the floor and the springs poked you in the a$$.

Avoid this hotel at all times I’m gonna make it known that I can only speak for House 27. This place is the worst, when we walked in, it smelled like mold. Another thing is that the table was likely not cleaned, as when we went to wipe it, or paper towel turned brown, out of curiosity we tried the floor and some thing. The bathroom walls were sticky. I decided to be my own private investigator and look at this place under a microscope and found many cases of mold. When I went to see the bed sheets, they were stained, and smelled horrible. The shower was always hot no matter how cold you wanted it without putting is at the bare minimum for the water to be on. This place is also severely outdated, the TV is a relic from 2001 and there isn’t even a cable box, just a bare coax input into the tv. The channel tuner also wouldn’t go past 15. There is also a random HDMI cable into nothing. Overall if you wanna go here I highly suggest you rethink your decisions

It’s all about location Family of 6, stayed in the Deluxe cottage. It was very spacious. It is with in walking distance of weirs beach strip. A few minute drive to fun spot. We were barely in the cottage, so much to do! It was hard to gage customer service due to COVID(we were told prior to arrival there would be no face to face contact with staff), I did get kind and prompt responses from texting and there was specific instructions in the cabin if you needed something. These cottages are essential, if you are looking for a 5 star resort, this place is not for you. The cleanliness I would give a 7 out of 10. My family will stay here again.

Don't bother with this Motel and cottages This place was terrible. On arriving the room smelled like bug spray. The beds and furniture where broken down. We needed toilet paper and there was never anyone at the office. It was quite expensive. We rented for three nights and only stayed for two it was so bad.

We had a great time! The cottage was clean and staff were friendly. The pool was great and immaculately kept. Location is excellent; about a three minute walk to downtown Weir’s Beach. We will definitely stay at this location again.
