Hidden Gem in Paradise I don’t even want to tell you have how amazing this place is because I want to keep it all to myself! This hidden gem _ is so close to the ocean!! I read online that the closest area there does have quick rising tides and to be watchful. We did watch them rise pretty quickly while we were there. The ocean is stunning the hotel is comfortable and feels like home. It’s smack dab in the middle of paradise. The taco stand across the street offers high end Hispanic food you can grab to go quickly. My honeymoon has been everything I dreamed of! Thank you west end for the beautiful rooms and great hospitality!

Underrated - just book it! This hotel gets a bad rap, some of the reviews on various sites nearly scared me away from booking my solo trip here but I’m so glad I did! Yes, building is old, rooms are dated (although it appeared they’re renovating - this caused zero disruption in my stay), but the character of this property just can’t be replicated in the newer chain hotels. My room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. The location was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping that I didn’t spend any time at the pool but really enjoyed the ambiance the beautiful courtyard offered as I was coming and going. My check in experience was excellent, lots of great recommendations for plant-based options for food nearby. I didn’t have a vehicle so didn’t pay for parking but was convenient for those who took advantage. Will be back!!! Two things to note - courtyard noise was evident (not much to muffle it from the exterior entrance) and no microwave in the room (but one in the lobby).

Too expensive for the experience. I paid a lot for one night stay. I thought it is worth it close to the beach. You know, a quality hotel. The walls are very thin and my neighbor was banging relentlessly. I called the front office. The other issue is my reservation confirmation clearly stated I had room #58 (see photo) which would been better than room #60 I was assigned when arrived. Room #60 is right next to the iron gate to the parking lot that slammed open and closed and loud talking people to late hours and early morning. The room was decent as far as cleanliness. I saw peeling paint in the vanity area(see picture). The hotel is near restaurants and shopping with a Ralph’s across the street. Price is too high and experience not worth coming back.

This is a beneath motel 6 I have stayed at this motel before and I didn’t think I’d go back. This is a very misleading motel nothing boutique about it. They charge for cleaning and I got a comforter with feces smeared on it, this place allow dogs to stay here so beware, they don’t clean the carpet or wash the bedding, hence the poo on the comforter, we had to lay down towels that we bought to sleep, couldn’t leave because it was a Saturday and everywhere was booked and was tired and just needed a place to crash. The front desk guy said to me when I showed him the picture,”I’m sorry”. Oh so much hidden charges also sharing my bill it didn’t add up. The quote was different also, if you choose to stay at this dirty dungeon, pay cash. This junk motel is beyond disgusting. Some people lives this place because they don’t know any better. I’m not even exaggerating, I have stayed at cheap hotels before due to last minute decisions but this decision was the worst of all. Oh they erased my review on Google cus I shared the same disgusting photo of the dog poo on comforter, I don’t have a dog with me.
