A relaxing place to be Beautiful property with its own private beach. Very lovely. When I arrived, there was an issue with my room. Staff was quick to handle it. I ended up with an upgrade. There are a lot of stairs here, so if you have mobility issues, be aware. Overall my trip was very relaxing and I was treated very well by Nick, Morgan and Bachir. I will definitely consider returning.

Unique Hospitality I absolutely LOVED my experience at Capri Laguna!! Nick and Bachir went ABOVE & BEYOND while we stayed there. Nick greeted us with wonderful Coffee! Bachir picked yummy fresh strawberries! front desk. So friendly and courteous. The room view is breathtaking. Stunning sunset on the beach. Thank you so much Nick and Bach for your amazing hospitality!

Poor hotel management, noisy construction next door and outdated rooms Loved the location however the front desk management staff is horrible at customer service and making it right. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Morgan at the front desk regarding construction next door that started at 7am with a jack hammer for 3 to 4 hours. She offered to switch our room but we were leaving the next day and it didn't seem worth the time and effort to repack, unpack and then repack in 24 hours. She offered a discount on the room but couldn't honor it because I booked with Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and they told me that they would process a refund once they spoke with the hotel. They called the hotel twice and the hotel changed their tune and denied the refund once I was back in my room. I've posted a picture of the construction outside of our hotel room to see how close it was to our room. Also, bathroom sink was clogged and portable air conditioner tube kept coming undone in the back so hot air was coming out the back. Rooms need to be updated.
