One of a kind A one of a kind property. The classic SoCal experience. Can't say enough positive things about the Surf and Sand...always memorable! You can't find a bad room on the property. The remodeled rooms look amazing. If booked during construction - it was a non-issue for us. Definitely coming back.

Phenomenal customer service and award winning remodel. The customer service at surf and sand is absolutely phenomenal. Destiny at the front desk was so extremely helpful in procuring a room for us, going through the process to make it so easy. Housekeeping services was amazing with extremely friendly personnel as well as the greeters at the door. Everyone at the front desk when walking by throughout our stay was always courteous, polite and asked us if there was anything that we needed. We have stayed at surf and stand previously in your guest service is second to none, consistent and greatly appreciated. The newly remodeled rooms are first class and extremely beautiful and comfortable. Already looking forward to our future return visit.

Perfect getaway at the perfect resort! What a wonderful resort with amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The newly remodeled rooms are gorgeous, and as always I sleep like a rock on the comfy beds listening to the waves! My only dilemma was trying to decide if I should take a bath in the deep soaking tub (that was bath salts to use) or take a shower in the huge spa shower! I couldn’t decide so I did both each day! It was a luxurious stay and I can’t wait to go back after the renovation is complete!

Ocean Sounds, But Great The stay was pretty incredible. They moved us to a higher floor. Note that the ocean sounds are wonderful, but it can be hard to sleep with them (even with the doors closed). Note that the beach does not have a nice seating situation and the bathrooms have tub showers.

Outstanding Stay! Service levels were amazing! Special thanks to Sydney at the front desk. She was phenomenal and communication was outstanding. Also special thanks to the staff at the restaurant that accommodated our large group without any warning from us. Sorry I forgot his name but the young man from France was very helpful!!
