Discontinuation of daily housekeeping was disappointing Discontinuation of daily housekeeping was disappointing. Arriving to a clean room and a maid bed when you are paying top dollar is a nice amenity. For the cost, they should be providing daily housekeeping.

Anniversary Trip Be careful as to who you are renting from, very confusing. Multiple times we were denied services onsite and given an 1-800# to call because apparently we did rent from resort even though all my records indicate Aston as supplier, still do not understand!

Wonderful stay Perfect location on Kaanapali beach, so close to good snorkeling, black rock, and Whaler's Village. Easy parking. The staff were so friendly. The grounds, pools, and cooking grills were well-kept. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with amazing views of the golf course and mostly ocean view. Spacious and so comfortable. We enjoyed having the full kitchen. Loved having the option to play tennis and pickleball. Enjoyed coffee from the lobby each morning and walking on the beach. We had an amazing time!

Loved the location and overall stay I stayed for business because the Hyatt was sold out and extremely expensive. I stayed here instead and it was half the price and honestly, a better experience because the pool and beach were closer to our room. Would stay here again!

Fourth of July Holiday Great location, kids loved the walkability and we loved the location and the value. Jamie and Harlie- the beach conceirge desk were warm and friendly and helped us each day with our chairs, umbrella's and towels. The location is great and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
