Loved the pillows My large size family of 12 stayed at this resort after we went to Snorkel With Manatees in Crystal River Florida. It was a nice place to relax after our long fun day of a wildlife adventure. The best part of this stay for me, was the pillows. These pillows on the bed were to die for...lol Almost took a few home with me.. Staff was great and with in walking distance of downtown disney. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Quick Get Away We decided to go to Walt Disney World at the last minute and luckily we could get in here. The room was comfortable and clean. Very nice people and helpful. We made the mistake of not linking our room to our Disney Experience because this was last minute and that wasn't something we thought of. You need to do that to be able to get into the parks for Extra Magic Hours.

At arrival, found roach in bathroom Found roach in bathroom, loud from construction, pool was dirty, no hot water in shower. Bellman was extremely pushy even though we didn’t want help, asked for tip even though we declined help several times.

Nice affordable hotel w/ Disney perks Overall a nice hotel. We stayed here 5 days. 2 rooms. We specifically asked ahead of time to have our rooms next to each other but they put us down the hall from each other. Our room was clean, beds were comfy. We never heard any construction but we were on the 1st bus to the parks everyday & the last back. We never ate at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food except I did read that breakfast was $13 per adult & 1 free child per adult. Coffee in the little shop was $4. There’s a coffee maker in the room that was stocked with coffee. Our room didn’t have a view & our room balcony door didn’t close fully as you can see in pic below. Our room had a fridge & microwave which was nice. The outlets were all very loose & no outlets near nightstand between beds at all which was tough when you’re relying on phone alarms. The bathroom was half updated. Sink, toilet & floor was nice. Tub looked to be painted & was peeling. Tile grout in shower was black towards bottom. No exhaust fan but there was some type of vent inside shower itself. Shower & tub area needs updated. Housekeeping came daily to fix beds & took towels even though we hung them up to use again like the sign said. __‍♀️ parking is $8/day. Disney Springs was pretty close. We never had any issues with the busses but we were on the 1st & last ones each day. This hotel is 1 of 3 picked up on same bus & they did get packed. This hotel is 1st picked up & 1st dropped off which is nice. This hotel offers 60 day FP & early magic hours which is great. The hotel staff were always really kind & courteous to us. I didn’t see any Disney store inside the hotel & would like to see some more Disney decor in rooms. I’d def stay here again! Can’t wait to see what it’s like once it’s updated.

Could Have Been Better Rooms are dated. Major construction for a hotel addition which we were not informed of until after I had booked the room. Paint flaking from the HVAC vent. Septic backed up in our sink while we were out for the day. Unable to fix this quickly we were moved to another room. Loud whining noise from the elevators could be clearly heard in the room we were moved to, day and night. The staff was very helpful and friendly doing their best to mitigate our issues.
