Amazing stay! My husband and I stayed here one night after our cruise. I chose this hotel because of the amazing pool and walking distance to Disney Springs. I had been hesitant over some negative reviews about the distance to the parking lot. This was not an issue at all. We were even able to check in early and enjoy the pool. I would like to come back here and stay as a family front desk. Staff was extremely helpful. The check in process was easy. The hotel was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here again.!

Poor - stay elsewhere We wouldn’t stay here again. Check in staff were helpful and the breakfast staff were great - food was good and plentiful. The lazy river was nice. But, it was incredibly noisy in the rooms mainly because the door didn’t fit properly. The bathrooms were really really dated and why don’t hotels in the US have doors on the entire bathroom??? Aircon was noisy and not very effective. I had asked for a late checkout (I’m a gold Hilton member, so one of the published perks). On checkin I was told both rooms could check out at 1pm. At 12.15pm on the day of check out, the front desk call d us to find out why we weren’t out of the room yet. Poor service - we won’t stay here again.

Noisy, expensive, ok for Disney Springs but best stay elsewhere Firstly it's good to know that the Disney Springs hotel area generally was built at the same time, and many of the hotels there are ageing and most have some of issues. Firstly, it's in a good position with a 10 min walk to the closes part of Disney Springs, and much of it is on a covered walkway which helps with heat and rain. There is a great pool area, and a lazy river which was nice, and a good pool bar. This hotel is incredibly noisy. There is an atrium throught the building that just tunnels noise from the bar on 3rd, we could clearly hear individual voices on the 11th. The hotel is concrete without almost any soft furnishings to muffle it, so noise travels fast. For our 2 connecting rooms, neither door sealed correctly, there was light visible all the way around and maybe 5mm / 1/4 of an inch of gap. So we could clearly hear everything from the corridor, but also next door through the walls. Rooms are very dated, and missing essentials like USB ports on both sides of the bed. The TVs are old, they don't allow casting and access to Fire TV stick usage has been deliberately blocked, but there are workarounds online. Ours had a tiny balcony with a view of Disney springs, which was nice. No door on the entrance to the bathroom area, no working lock on the toilet, the noise leakage didn't make it feel like a very private space. Public areas: Gym is a bit meh, shop was a bit meh and also opened and closed at its own will. Market was good for coffee, but cheapest bottle of wine was $48 and given there is no price list, that is just outrageous. We had got used to buying a bottle of wine to take up at other 3 premium hotels we stayed at this trip (including Disney, Universal and Marriott) and the highest was $20 for market. This is just price gouging in my mind especially after considering it is an expensive hotel. Breakfast was good with a fairly limited selection but very nice and helpful staff, and an egg station that can make omlettes was good. Overall this hotel desperately needs a refresh to justify the high prices, or a rethink of the pricing for what was there.

Disappointed I feel very disappointed about this hotel. They double charged us the overnight parking fee to a 2 different credit cards. I told them and they said only charged once at the check-in time but they did it also when we parked the car. No watter bottles in the room, and you could clearly hear the conversations coming from the next room. The only advantage I saw was that the hotel is close to the parks and disneyspring.

Close to Disney springs Checked in for a one night for a little staycation and I do like how the room has a nice view from my balcony! Love how there’s lot of usb/outlets around the room! The only thing I didn’t like is the shower bathroom area it’s very small and the water gets stuck and drains very slowly and only had one bath towel the rest was hand towels. I liked the lazy river they have which was nice. I love the convenience of how close it was to Disney springs like a 5 min drive. They do provide shuttle buses to Disney if you would like to use that. Just keep in mind if you do have a car it’s $25 a night to self park and to keep your room key on you because you will need it to get in and out from the gate.
