Great time at Orlando We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful especially José. Good selection of fresh fruits at the breakfast salad bar which is not so common around these places. My kids also loved Mickey Mouse shaped waffles. They have nice pool with lot of amenities for kids.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! Jose and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a very nice room with a balcony facing the pool. The service was great and it was a very fun trip. And had this huge television _ that showed kids movies every night! I highly recommend the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista.

Best Hotel This is a beautiful hotel, very clean very well organized. The staff is amazing. They’ll go above and beyond for you. close to everything Disney SeaWorld shopping restaurants. It’s a great location. now I would like to speak about an employee who is an amazing human who takes care of myself and my family his name is Jose. This man makes sure we have everything we need always checking in to see if everything is going great. we cruise twice a year out of Orlando and we always come and stay at this hotel because Jose makes it worth coming here. Thank you for all you do for us Jose!!

KUDOS to COURTYARD I don’t do reviews, but had to for this stay. I am usually a Hilton guy, but ended up staying at this property with my kids soccer team. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the initial interaction the staff here far exceeded my expectations! Travis was the supervisor on duty who checked me in. This guy is a SUPERSTAR! Travis’s smile & service was much needed after a long drive to Orlando. Travis was very efficient at his job & also in answering all my questions. He made my family feel so special by providing us with a suite upgrade because it was my birthday on the day we checked in. This guy even gave me a free drink voucher which I redeemed at the bar where I met the bartender Diego who was another CHAMPION! Diego whipped up the most delicious coconut rum concoction I’ve ever consumed. The room was spacious & the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Breakfast was yummy; the pool area was awesome, as was the entire experience! Thank you Travis for making my stay one to remember. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the Orlando area!

BEST LOCATION EVER! We came to Orlando for our honeymoon to visit Disney. From the start the staff was so friendly and inviting! Maurice by far went above and beyond and was the kindest human we’ve ever met! He took great care of us while checking in and then remembered us three days later, he even asked how married life was going! As someone who works in customer service myself, he by far is the perfect example of true customer service! The property was so beautiful and clean! Our room was all set up and looked great! Each member of the staff we met was so kind on every interaction. During check out we met Mike and Samantha, and they both were very kind and friendly, making check out super easy! We will DEFINITELY be back! Each stay in Orlando, this will be our location!
