Hotel excluded from extra magic hours The resort is nice. The rooms, beds, and rooftop bar and the staff are all excellent BUT prior to booking it should be made very clear it is not part of the extended magic hours at any of the parks. Understand this is a recent change Disney has made, a really disappointing one, to only extend extra magic to deluxe resorts and a few others (Saratoga springs, swan, etc) but at $300+ a night, we were expecting the extra benefit. Sad Disney family:-(

Milton shortened stay, Can't wait to go back! This resort was a dream for someone in need of peace, beauty, and relaxation. We will be going back when a hurricane isn't headed there. We were to stay 4 nights and only stayed one because of Milton...A first world problem, I know. We can't wait to go back.

Quick weekend Disney Trip! I recently stayed at Coronado Springs Resort and had a mixed experience that ultimately leaned positive. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Pros: Updated Rooms: The rooms have been recently renovated and are modern and stylish. We found them clean and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. Beautiful Landscaping: The resort’s landscaping is stunning, creating a tranquil atmosphere. It’s a lovely backdrop for a leisurely stroll. Great Food Options: We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dining choices available. The quick-service options had an impressive selection, and we enjoyed every meal. Fantastic Pool: The pool area is a highlight! The large hot tub offers plenty of space for relaxation, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. Cons: Room Location: If you’re not in a preferred room, be prepared for a bit of a trek to the main areas. While the bridge in the middle of the resort helps ease the walk, it can still feel like quite a hike, especially on a hot day. Lack of Internal Transportation: Unlike some other resorts, Coronado Springs doesn’t offer around-the-resort transportation, which can be a downside if you’re staying in a farther room. Handicapped Room Issues: Unfortunately, we were assigned a handicapped room, which wasn’t ideal for us. My husband, who is 6'2", found the shower head uncomfortably low. The roll-in shower also tended to spray water onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery—which caused me to slip and fall. Overall Impression: Despite the few drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying at Coronado Springs again. The clean and comfy rooms, beautiful surroundings, and excellent food options make it a solid choice. If possible, I’d pay the extra for a preferred room or perhaps try the tower next time. If you’re planning a trip and enjoy a resort that balances comfort and amenities, Coronado Springs could be a great fit!

Getd worst time we come, and this was the last My husband and I have been coming to this hotel since 2020, this is our fifth time here and we’ve been noticing the decline in guest services since then, the magic is definitely not here anymore, guest services treats you like you’re nothing! My husband got intoxicated from food he ate yesterday at this hotel, we are supposed to drive to miami at 10:30 am but cannot because he’s sick, when I called front desk trying to explain this asking for a late check out, they did not carr and told I had to get out. Never been treated so poorly at any hotel in my life, never coming back. And consider staying ay this hotel since the magic is definitely gone!

Disney World is a Woke, Joke these days. Never again. My wife and I stayed at the Coronado, in Sept. 2024, and it was a vacation from HELL, and the people from Disney World, does not even care about their customers. Had trouble from the very start of our so-called magical vacation. It's a shame that you cannot get ahold of anybody there with authority to talk to and let them know just how bad everything was, and I mean everything. From the very start when we checked in to, the most magical day of my vacation getting the hell out of there. I have been to Disney World many times in my life but NEVER again, all Disney does is takes your money and then the hell with you. They could care less of how bad your vacation is, all I ever got was I'm sorry, I must have heard that a thousand times. Not once did I ever hear anybody there say I'm sorry and I will get that taken care of. I will tell you why that is it's because they don't fix or take care of anything that is wrong. also, I will tell you that it's because they don't care about after you pay for your trip. I would love to talk to anybody there that has the authority to make things right with me and that would be give me my money back for my vacation or allow me to let them give me another vacation so they can make it right. We all know that will never happen because they already got my money, and they don't care about their customers. Disney World is a Hugh joke these days A WOKE joke, and they wonder why they are losing so much money these days. I hope that people that have the same problems as I did and never goers back, but they will because they don't mind getting screwed over.
