Can't fault it - already booked to go back. We booked this over a year ago and I can say we weren't disappointed. I was a little hesitant when I read some of the recent reviews but I couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The staff at reception were helpful when I needed to check things with them. The cars suite was vastly ample for us (two adults and two children 9&4). It was kept lovely and clean by Mousekeeping who visited every other day. The restaurant on site was fine. It wasn't 5 star food but it was quick and it was varied (lots of choices for fruit and veg). Not cheap but hey, it's Disney! The pools were great and the lifeguards were so on the ball it felt lovely and safe even when it was busy. The whole place was clean and tidy. Transportation was easy and the skyliner was a brilliant option and a bit of added fun to get around. For the price, fabulous and we've already booked to go back.

Disappointed and horrified If I could give negative stars I would the staff here is rude and incredibly disrespectful they showed up to my room for a noise complaint mind you we weren’t making any noise I was actually using the bathroom when they came and my kids were on the devices they came 14 people 14! Fir a noise complaint telling me that someone said they hear my husband straggling me as I allowed them to come in to see everything was absolutely fine and I was using the restroom 7 men came into my room which scared my autistic son and my daughter and baby my husband said we are all relaxing this must be a mistake and 2 men aggressively said in front of my kids they are gonna throw him out things just got worse and worse we ended up leaving because my poor kids we traumatized I have never ever felt so awful and embarrassed in my life please avoid this place at all costs they are rude and aggressive and down right cruel and that’s putting it mildly

Poor understanding and rude treatment of handicapped visitor. I had a horrible experience at Disney’s Art of Animation this year. I saved for 8 years to return to the Cars section after taking my kids there when they were younger. I am now handicapped and specifically requested a handicap room with a shower. Upon arrival I received the wrong room and then was told oh you must’ve made the wrong reservation. Like a handicapped person wouldn’t know what kind of room they needed! I was treated with disregard like it was no big deal and disrespect then moved to another location in the resort, but my children and I were heartbroken. I’ve only come to be able to talk about it without tearing up after saving for 8 years! Do better Disney.

Great experience This was a clean, friendly, and fun resort. We stayed in the Cars animated room and my three boys loved it. The resort had three pools, all of which were very clean. The Landscape of Flavors is a clean cafeteria with decent food to help get you through the day. Staying close to the Skyliner makes this resort even better. Being able to hope on and get into 3/4 parks was icing on the cake. My family throughly enjoyed our stay.

great food super amazing staff so kind and helpful, especially Apollo in the food court. was speedy and really polite. food is also pretty good, all hot and seems fresh. some of the other restaurants have plastic cutlery and paper plates no matter if you sit in or take away, art of animation has dishes and silverware which makes for a much nicer and easier experience when eating.
