Jared and Jenna Excellent check in with Jared and Jenna. Professional and beyond. Actually all the staff we interacted with were all respectful and courteous beyond expectations. We'd definitely return! The review requires 200 characters so that's the reason for this extra wording!

Valet lost my fab for my new car!!!!! After arriving at the hotel on the 14 of December of 2024, we decided to valet our personal vehicle , in return the valet had lost our keys within a 8 hour period. Being 1300 miles from from what choice did we have but to let call a mobile locksmith to come out. It took three days to program, cut and replace my car carrier key! All this happened because the valet put keys and fans on there waist . It seemed to me that a large strong loop was taken off my fab and a flimsy one was put on and put on there belt, that’s how the fab was lost! Taxi service and free valet was there way of trying to settle this. Being car-less with two kids under 5 is extremely difficult. Out of all this, the valet manager really did try to get everything replaced quickly but the mobile people you are contracted with need to be reviewed. 3 different mobile units had to come before they were able to use the correct program duplicate my keys. The large pool was extremely cold. And the tiles around the pool are cracked! Just be careful. It’s 20 bucks to the parks if you take a taxi there. There’s always a taxi and suv outside the hotel! If you have a stroller ask for a van taxi, this way you don’t have to collapse the stroller. There’s only two dinner rest here, 1 breakfast buffet and 1 Starbucks. If you could get grocery delivery there?, good luck. We couldn’t get anyone to deliver there. The target near by has nothing on the shelves. I believe more could have been done for our stay.

Great customer service! My family's experience at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs Area was 5 star. We had great costumer service from the time we checked in with Ferry D. Breakfast was a treat with our server Rasheed who also provided us with great costumer service. Buffet breakfast was one of the best expediate service from house keeping when extra linens were needed. Thanks for your part in making our Disney Experience GREAT!!!

Bad experience While the check-in process was satisfactory, the overall experience fell far below the standards I expect from a Hilton brand. We were assigned a room that felt like a dungeon, with a window completely obstructed by a large wall. Although we didn’t request a room change, this initial impression was disheartening. The most upsetting experience occurred on Christmas Day. I approached the front desk to request a water card, as I urgently needed water to take my medication. The front desk agent neither greeted me nor made eye contact and rudely informed me that extra water cards were not provided. This dismissive attitude was deeply disappointing. Frustrated, I walked away with my husband, only to overhear another staff member advising the agent against such behavior, reminding her it was Christmas Day. Eventually, she reluctantly handed me a water card, but the entire interaction left me feeling humiliated and upset. As someone who works in hospitality, I found this behavior unacceptable. In my experience, guest satisfaction is paramount, and refusing something as basic as a bottle of water—especially when it’s needed for medication—undermines the essence of hospitality. Overall, the lack of proper customer service and attentiveness made for a very disappointing stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve staff training to uphold the Hilton brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this property again

Poorly run hotel This hotel is understaffed and poorly run. Rooms are in need of refurbishment. Staff not very friendly. One person at check in on New Year’s Day busy holiday. Felt bad for her as the line grew. She was nice but the rest of the people at check in are not very friendly. The Japanese restaurant is not very good as most reviews state. We decided to take a chance because we didn’t want to go back out. We waited to get into the breakfast place for 10 minutes and just left. Tables were open but hostess disappeared after seating some guests. The only thing positive is the pool and walking bridge to Disney Springs. Despite the dingy exterior this hotel could be great with some room updates and better staffing.
