Amazing stay at this hotel. Best part is the hospitality and service from the staff which completely stood out. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Josie Velez, who made our stay exceptional by upgrading us to a stunning pool-view room. Her warm appreciation for our IHG membership was a delightful touch. The room itself was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the pool, enhancing our overall experience. A heartfelt thank you to Paty as well from the restaurant. She went above and beyond to arrange dinner for us beyond working hours. Her assistance in warming our food the next day after our late return from the amusement park was greatly appreciated. Her exceptional service truly made our stay more enjoyable. Keep smiling as always.

Perfect for a Disney visit. Great hotel totally built around what it does. Very welcoming and helpful staff, nice tidy feel to the whole place. Regular shuttle to parks and only a short walk to Disney springs. We stayed for 12 nights and can’t think of one complaint. Highly recommend this play if you’re here to visit the parks.

Great location and service The hotel is slightly dated and getting a little "Tired" but that would be expected for the age and volume of guests. We didn't eat much at the hotel but disappointed in the nachos compared to the excellent burgers served. The location is super and in walking distance of Disney Springs with pedestrian overpasses so complete avoidance of dangerous traffic. Exceptional service from front desk clerk Odalys and Bellman Paul, both going above and beyond. Thank you Odalys and Paul for your excellent service.

Bar staff - great service from Connor Great service everyday at the main bar in the Hotel. Connor was a great host and made sure myself and my family were well looked after with drinks and great advice about local areas to visit outside of the Disney Parks. Very friendly guy and a top member of the bar team at the hotel. Thanks Connor!
