Pool party from hell Checked in from your typical frigid day in Minnesota. Had to leave on business 5 am. It was good though checked in Friday by 5 lots of time to sleep. Host never explained that the room faced CONEY ISLAND OF THE NOTH. From 5 pm on I was accosted by the screaming of adults and children in the pool. I didn't sign up for that and I'm intheir highest tier of membership. Called down at almost 10 to find out when this din would subside. Was informed 11 pm and by the time their cacophony subsided midnight. Are you kidding me. A simple question puts me across the hall. But half the hotel will lead you to sleep deprivation. Don't stay here if you want sleep

Super clean and comfortable Room was spacious and spotless. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice gym and pool areas. You will be very comfortable here. Only complaint is our room was up against the staircase which was a bit loud when people walked up and down, but other than that, strongly recommend.

Great hotel! Stayed at this hotel with my entire extended family for a funeral. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous and the General Manager Lynne was a great help in helping make arrangements for dinner at the adjoining Machine Shed (which was delicious). The hotel is very clean, and the lobby is beautiful. Very comfortable beds and large bathrooms is a plus. The pool area is incredibly spacious and the kids loved it. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great for families! Clean. Very large pool area, which we had to ourselves. The bathroom was very large. Quiet. We asked for a room that did not open up to the pool area, as we expected noise in the pool. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was didn’t go as planned was the TV remote wasn’t functioning properly. It wasn’t a problem for us, as we didn’t plan to use the TV. The staff was helpful so I’m sure they would have resolved the problem, had we asked.

Nice location but Holiday Inn is showing its age This hotel is in a convenient location right off of I-94 on the East side of the Twin Cities. The lobby looks nice. Our service was excellent. However, the rooms really need a refresh. Our room had peeling wallpaper, permanently-stained furniture, permanent mold stains in the shower and a mattress with too many years on it. The restaurant is a good country-style eatery with large portions for breakfast.
