Nice but not by the Spectrum If you are not within walking distance of the Spectrum, you probably should not have Irvine Spectrum in your name. The HGI Lake Forest is a beautiful, well maintained property. It’s just not that close to the Spectrum without a car. While daytime staff are courteous. The late night front desk guy acts like he doesn’t want to be there. Sadly, the hotel doesn’t enforce the two parking spots reserved for check in. Folks park in these spots over night. If you arrive late, the parking area will be full and you will need to park downstairs. The problem is there is no access to the elevator downstairs until you check in and get a hotel key. A very stupid set up! Rooms are nice except the designers tried to get cute with the placement of the bathroom sink facuet. Instead of being on the back of the sink as you would expect, the faucet is mounted on the side of the wash basin. It is akward and doesn’t leave much space for your shaving kit or toiletries. Other than that, this place is fine if you want a good night’s sleep.

Day trip to see the pageant of the arts festival a surprise visit to your hotel we found it very accommodating and the p We were on our way to the pageant the Masters festival and chose this hotel randomly. We were really impressed with the service and the food and beverage little bar pool Jacuzzi had to offer very close to the freeway good price and we want to particularly thank Noah, who was both our bartender and a great cleaning person he’s a keeper.

Restaurant experience was special. Noah and Jose (Pepe), the servers made our getaway totally enjoyable. The Service and food was excellent. They both have great personalities The presentation of the food is perfect. Fresh perfectly mixed. We were very pleased with our meals.

Great experience!!! Noah provided an amazing service at the bar. Amazing energy!!! It definitely make you stay pleasant not to mention the professionalism. Will definitely come back to this hotel since it’s really clean and well located. Room is neat and modern.

Awesome The hotel had great food, an amazing environment, and an awesome server (Noah). The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful (Mona). Very hospitable and friendly to my family and I. Chef Arturo and his team cooked an amazing meal during visit on (7/19).
