Business/Social Visit in Orange County My husband and I travel to Orange County frequently for business and this was our first stay at this IHG location. We asked for a quiet room upon check in which worked out perfectly (with the exception of the neighboring business that was doing landscape maintenance at 6:30 am). The complimentary breakfast and evening social had a very good selection and the Great Room served as a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy. We had one small issue with the shower not draining properly, but the maintenance team had it fixed promptly the next day. Front Desk staff was very courteous and professional and went the extra distance to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Lovely 3 night stay We had a lovely 3 night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and check in quick and easy. The snacks were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable and large enough to spread out a bit. Two large windows offered a lot of natural light and a view of the mountains. Bathroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Loved the hand soap in the bathroom- sometimes the bar soaps just get messy. We were there one evening when the social hour was offered. We had some wine and ate a light dinner. It wasn't fancy but the spaghetti, salad, and wine was a great way to wind down after a day of traveling. Breakfast had typical offerings and plenty of coffee. They were constantly checking and refilling as needed. The area the hotel was in was nice. My husband and I got a walk in and we found a park near by-if you're traveling with littles, they will love the play structure there. Unfortunately, we left a day early due to incoming severe weather; however, the staff was understanding and it was not a problem. They left us another treat bag at our door which was thoughtful. Overall, a great stay!

Poor Guest Experience and Guest Service The absolute worst experience staying in a hotel I have ever had. I come from the hotel business so I understand you will hear other families and it’s basically apartment living however the guest upstairs was extremely loud for a total of 3 hours non stopping whatever he was doing until 1a. He was so loud he shook our room, he was dropping something that sounded like a bowling ball. We couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken. My husband went downstairs at 1230a to complain and the front desk did not care and seemed disturbed. They told us the guest was staying for another week and said he would tell him to be quiet. First off, that is a total breach of confidentiality advising a guest how long another guest is staying. Secondly, to not apologize or offer any sort of compensation is just poor guest service. Absolutely find yourself another hotel. This place can do a lot better. Do better StayBridge.

Thin walls Had a conjoining room with a neighbor I didn’t know and could hear everything they were saying, coughing, etc. Even with earplugs in I could still hear noise. All this at 1 a.m. As a mom of a toddler, I was looking forward to this time away while at a women’s conference over the weekend to get some rest and have a peaceful place to do so. This was not it. I would not recommend.

Check to see the shower has hot water Every thing was good until I went to take a shower. Only lukewarm. But the faucet had really hot water. When checked out told receptionist and that I left the shower running. I had hoped she would go see for herself. She did not offer anything like Hilton pts or discount or breakfast. Probably not empowered to do so.
