Great customer service! Ms. Emmy was very professional and helpful during my entire stay. She was very friendly as well Ms. Emmy was very helpful during my stay. She has excellent customer service and professionalism. She made sure that I was satisfied with what ever I needed. All together, I loved my stay at the hotel because it is very comfortable and clean!

Check in was outrageous. Absolutely outrageous check in experience. There was one lady checking people in at 3:30. The line was 8 parties deep and the check in person showed no urgency whatsoever, moving slowly and not attempting to get assistance. It took nearly 45 minutes to get checked in on a prepaid reservation.

Great hotel option. Excelente budget hotel for solo or family. The hotel is clean and recent remodeled. Has a pool, kids pool and whirlpool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is definitely key, very close to everything but not walking distance. Includes free continental breakfast that is fair and well managed.

Family Christmas party Good location and reasonable cost for stay to attend family Christmas party. Hotel is showing its age but is undergoing renovations. Nice free breakfast buffet is appreciated. Rooms are large with numerous electrical outlets. Bathroom counter is very large. Shower adequate with decent water pressure. Room has both refrigerator and microwave

Huge Whirlpool room! Had a quick trip to Lake Geneva for a Mini getaway and wanted a Whirlpool suite which this hotel did an excellent job on their Whirlpool in the room is why I'm giving it 4 stars. The bed was uncomfortable, pillow not great. Definitely could hear the people on the floor above us, but once we went to bed I didn't hear them so wasn't too bad. Room was huge everything else was great about the room. Loved the whirlpool! Huge!
