Very nice place to stay I have not been to Harbor Shores in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised that the main areas have been updated and had new flooring & carpeting. The rooms were clean and roomy. Bed was not comfortable. Definitely needs to replace the mattresses. But overall, great place to stay. Nice view of the lake if you pick a lake view room. Not overly expensive. Service was top notch.

Great location, nice view of the lake. Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a balcony lakeview but was disappointing because it was a ground floor facing the lake with a parking lot just off the balcony. Be sure and ask for a 2nd floor or above balcony, preferably the third floor or above. The room we stayed in had been updated; nice tile flooring, nice furnishings with a TV stand electric fireplace heater. Bathrooms are small with a dated tile floor. The room was very clean. We have stayed here a few times. You can walk to restaurants, and it does offer a great view of the lake. Small hot tub and pool inside that fill up quickly during cool weather. There is also an outdoor pool; however, it has not been open due to the seasons we visit. Pizza restaurant in the building but we didn't eat there. We will be back.

Best of everything in Lake Geneva can be found at Harbor Shores! Harbor Shores provides THE BEST in everything you might expect from the time of your arrival to departure! Staff is excellent, professional, personable/friendly and very accommodating. So much to offer including an onsite restaurant, clean rooms with lakeview, fireplace, kitchenette/refrigerator/Keurig coffee maker/sink, comfy beds, wi-fi, pools, gym, conference rooms, complimentary movies and walking distance to downtown. Everything you need and more! Already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for everything and your consistent, excellent hard work!! Love you like family :)
