rented entire cottage for our family We stayed at 1081 Hidden Cottage Circle. We rented the entire house for our family. The bathroom floors had hair and mold on them, the end tables in some rooms were so wobbly/broken we did not want to put anything on them. The kitchen was the worst equipped rental kitchen we have ever experienced. Not only was it far too small for such a big house, but it had no dish towels to dry dishes, the knives were so dull they could not barely cut through cold butter, there were very few pots and accessories, there was only one oven mitt to use, there were no instructions on what to do when we filled the kitchen trash can and where to put the bags, it said there was a firepit but there was not, the couches were so uncomforable because there was a rod toward the back of the seats so one of our family sat down quickly and bruised their coccyx bone badly--couches extremely uncomfortable, we used our own wipes to clean remotes/faucets/switchplate covers, etc and our cloths came out black because the cleaning was done so poorly. For almost $5000 for one weekend, we expected much much more. We will not be staying at that facility again.

Friends Night I will not stay anywhere else in Lake Geneva. The experience here has won my business I definitely. From start to finish the stay was wonderful. Wolfgang at the front desk was kind and helpful. I went to Crafted at the Ridge to check in. After 7:30 you must check in at the Ridge. Crafted had amazing views and decor. Everything was maiden and clean. They even had trivia night going. I didn’t play however it was not distracting to hear it sporadically in the background. The food was phenomenal. Highly recommend the cheese curds, chipotle goat cheese mushrooms, and fig prosciutto flatbread. They had a wonderful variety of beers, wines, and liquors. The staff was prompt and efficient. We were directed to the inns by Wolfgang and it was 2 miles away. (He also gave us recommendations to local happenings on a list.) Very short distance. The entrance to the property was gated which gave me a sense of security and made me comfortable right away. A beautiful drive down to the Inns. Parked right next to where we were staying. Found our suite very easy. Brand new furnishings and construction. It was something out a dream. Huge porch with wonderful chairs. Very well stocked wet bar. Wonderfully large bath room that made everything feel opulent. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. We stayed in 5102 and outside the ground level porch were beautiful lake views. The ice machine was very easy to find inside a stair well at the front of the building. Absolutely can not wait to go back. The whole experience was exactly what I wanted. Great customer service, beautiful location almost like a hidden local gem, opulent accommodations, and wonderful food and drink options. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. I will absolutely be telling all my friends and family to visit.

Disappointed We scheduled an early March weekend with hopes that we could use the Ice Rink, the Snowshoeing and the sledding. Unfortunately, the weather was too warm, which is not the resorts fault. We arrived at night and found that the directions on how to get to the Clubhouse and then to our rooms was lacking. No signage to help direct. The rooms were brand new and very clean, however, the fireplace in all the rooms were not working. The restaurants besides the club house are not within walking distance and the Ridge Hotel is a drive from the suites. Although the website advertised a Spa and Nightly Music we were told both were closed. We were charged a resort fee of $15 per night. The Hotel did have a swimming pool and a small fitness center. However, these were no more than what you would get at a typical hotel for which you do not pay a resort fee. Would not stay again.

Wedding Weekend My son,s wedding was here and the service from the wait staff was great at the banquet hall. The rooms that we stayed in were very hard to get to from the hall and the parking lot for the rooms was hard to access from our room. The air conditioning was not working until just before the dinner started. For what was spent on the wedding weekend and rooms I was very disappointed with a lot from this resort!

The Suites at Geneva National---Modern and Stylish, and also stumbling distance to the clubhouse and first tees! The double queen suite we stayed in at Geneva National was brand, spanking new. The bathroom was incredibly spacious and I didn't want to leave as the finishes were awesome. The two huge TVs were great, and we also hung out on the amazing patio each of the three nights we were there. I CANNOT wait to go back!
