Not the “best” Best Western Room not clean. Dust and food remnants under all the furniture. Baby diaper under the chair. Floor not mopped. Bed creaked loudly with every turn. Bathroom door creaked loudly to open and close. Rollaway bed had dirty, used bedding-gross!

Updates needed at this hotel! Did not have enough food at breakfast. Couldn’t have the waffles because they ran out of the mix. Also, the hallways have a disgusting brown rug that needs to be replaced. Updates need to be made to this hotel. Used to be a nice place to stay but has gone down in the last few years.

Best Western Lake George Besides some minor glitches it was overall ok A special shout out to a young lady at the desk named Brie she was very helpful pleasant a bright spot for the hotel The Sunday girl however should be sent to customer service school she was not wearing a name tag and was very unpleasant like when i ask her for pool towels it i was like I was bothering her not nice

We will be back soon . Thank you Recently out of the hospital after an 8 month stay. Suffered a few strokes after discharge, o really needed to get away. Great rates even at peak of season but midweek. Went to logjam 1st night fitter dinner and of course Nartgas after for best ice cream. A trip to the casino the next day did not disappoint. All of your staff went above and beyond. Pinky thing is I didn’t realixe I booked s room with one double bed . Ii needed handicapped accessible room but it only had one fouble bed . Pools were nice. Hubby enjoyed them. Survived the bed hogging. Next time I will mske sure king bed or 2 k beds.
