Great stay! For our 35th wedding anniversary,  we've just come back from our stay at the Tiki Resort in Lake George. Friendly & helpful staff! We're able to Check-In very early too ! Our room very well equipped, very pretty & clean! Quiet atmosphere. The grounds, indoor and outdoor pools great. Walking distance from the Village activities. Will be back

Great friendly and clean Great family place. Clean and friendly. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice layout. Space to relax. Great to have breakfast cafe on site reasonably priced. Close to everything but quiet design - you’re not right on the street. Pool is around back. Felt like I was away at tropical place yet felt right at home. Great and will definitely stay again

Horrible service Where do I start everything about this resort is sub par, its not worth your money. Don't stay there. 1. The bathroom door doesn't shut completely. 2. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. 3. Appliances were not cleaned from previous stays. There was coffee pod still lying around. 4. Pool towels not stocked. 5. Pictures don't reflect the size of the bathroom you would get. Lodging a complain doesn't get you anything other than apologies which doesn't help at all.

Dirty The floors were filthy and sticky. The bathroom floor and walls including the shower needs a good scrubbing. Dirt came out of the pull out couch when we opened it. We requested housekeeping come and clean the room when we left for the day. They did not come despite the front desk assuring us they would.

Don’t waste your money The facility itself and the rooms were dirty. I should have known when I called ahead of time to ask about helping make our stay special for our anniversary, and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, asking if I thought this was a Marriott. The pictures they have listed for advertising look nothing like the rooms in person. The walls, ceilings, floors, shower, sinks and jacuzzi were filthy. I would never pay $200 a night to stay here again during their “off” season.
