Worst customer service from front desk clerks This was our first visit to Lake Havasu, so we chose this hotel. One of our mistakes was not reading the reviews. Upon arrival, we checked into two rooms. One of them had a smell resembling that of a dead rat, making it unbearable to stay there even for a moment. I reached out to the front office and spoke with the manager, Amanda Mosier, who was quite unprofessional and rude. We requested to be moved to a different room due to the awful odor, but she informed us that the hotel was fully booked and asked us to leave. I then went online and made a reservation for another room, and I called back. I asked to speak with her manager, Megan, and explained the situation, mentioning that Amanda insisted we leave and refused to switch us to another room despite available options. Megan then said she could arrange a room change after they had been informed of the situation. I was shocked by how poorly they treated their customers, especially after spending over $1,000 on the rooms. From that point on, the staff was rude and it completely ruined our experience, as we spent our days on the phone arguing about the issue.

Not worth the time and money... This resort has so much potential but the rooms are so outdated and are in need of renovations. We were here in September 2024 for a 2 night stay. The carpets are dirty, the phone inside your room is the original from the 60's, the air conditioners are loud and are situated in the wall with a noticeable gap leading to the outside where unwanted critters can enter. Most resort websites have a gallery of photos and show your entire room including the bathroom. Their website does not and the room photos they do show do not come close to the actual rooms they provide. Most of the carpet that is laid on top of the wood on the outdoor patios are ripped and shredded and there are several outdoor wood steps rotting and are unsafe to use. The white painted metal stairs around the resort are rusted. The bathroom needs modernization and is dirty in most crevices and our sink drain was clogged so it was very slow to drain. The shower and sink only came out with luke-warm water. There are no safes in the room to lock your valuables. Overall, your rooms are very depressing to be in. What a shame. Your onsite restaurant had terrible reviews so we ended up leaving the resort for our dinners and headed into town to eat. Your food is overpriced as well as your beverages. We ordered french fries and paid $15. The only nice feature is the pool and the area around the pool. The locals and visitors that have boats should not be driving and parking in the cove. That cove should be used for sunbathing and swimming. Most of the staff that we encountered there were unfriendly, not courteous, and they seemed to hate their job. We were also told from an anonymous staff member that the manager was the issue with them. Your reviews outline a lot of these issues and you reply to say that you appreciate the feedback to help improve the resort but you do nothing. So sad. Whatever the issues with the staff or manager, we will not be returning to this resort and definitely not recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your money at this place.

Great place to stay in Havasu Very fun beach resort, however the beach area was shrunken due to construction expansion which is unfortunate because the beach is the entire selling point of the property. However, the pool is fantastic and so are the drinks. The rooms are very nice and overlook the lake. The location isn’t the best because nothing is within walking distance when you’re on the island part of havasu.

Great stay even with construction First of all, shout out to Robert at the front desk. We was able to upgrade us to a beach front room right next to the pool, checked us in early without a fee, and gave us late check-out. Now that's service. He gave great customer service and provided all necessary information to make our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. My wife had the Cobb salad and I had a Ahi Tuna bowl. Even though the main bar was still under construction, it didn't affect our stay at all. We hung out at the pool most of the day & had some cocktails & apps. All were very good. There were plenty of seats and the pool never got crowded. We were hoping to use the boat launch the hotel provides, but we didn't get our boat back in time after putting in a new stereo system. It's always nice parking our boat right up on shore and walking to our hotel room. We will definitely be back to the Nautical again!

Great location, with old rooms This property has a great location and relies on that to bring in the guests. If not for the dedicated boat ramp and courtesy docks, I don't know that we would return to this "resort." The room we stayed in was quite "tired" and in desperate need of a refresh. The small air conditioner and ceiling fan barely kept up with the summer heat. They are working on the property, but the guest rooms need attention in order for this resort to keep up and attract return guests.
