Lake Louise trip Excellent service. Pool was fantastic and so warm. Restaurant food was above par. Renovated rooms are very nice with lots of storage. Would love to stay here again. A little disappointed in the beds but otherwise a great stay

Lake Louise Inn - takes care of you and the environment Expensive for us - but then we are in Lake Louise! The Inn is making significant efforts to take care of the environment. No dumb little bottles in the bathroom, a bathing suit spinner. No air conditioning - which I was a bit concerned but heh - you're in the Rockie Mountains and can open a window. The restaurant could use a bit more variety - the food and service are great.

A nice place to stay in Banff Although the location is not very closed to the lake, it provides almost every thing you need from a hotel. Swimming pool is clean and water temperature is comfortable, sufficiente parking. overall well organized and efficient. I ‘ll come back.

Lake Louise Inn Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here. Exactly what we wanted - a mountain view, quiet, easy to get to, clean comfy room and great staff at reception and in the restaurants. Stepping over the door frame out onto the deck in our room was a challenge for my spouse who uses a cane. (and for some reason our deck was much smaller than the one next door - hmm). Handicap parking spaces aren't common but we managed quite well. The Inn is really conveniently located unless you like tourist traps like Banff and Jasper! We don't and loved heading out exploring new (to us) places like Yoho National Park.
