Dated hotel The lodge was probably great 30 years ago but they haven't changed anything since then. As a result, we have an overpriced economy hotel. We were on the golf package and the golf courses were similarly neglected. Anyone who rates this above a 2 has had too many of their overpriced cocktails.

Service so Bad…. I was here back in 2016. Now the service is so bad that to get a coffee at the Breezes breakfast restaurant takes +10 minutes Last time ever here. Great place but ashamed from service no matter if at check in, lunch, dinner, etc Pool is ok, the same the pool bar. Maid service is also bad

Never Again! Old, outdated, dirty, dusty, spider webs everywhere, rude staff and teenagers running hotel. Microwaved food, cold food….. just a horrible experience. Friend fell and staff just looked at her on the ground hurting. Pools dirty with hair and bugs. Never saw anyone cleaning anything. Cups around pool were there in the morning. Will NEVER come back here!!!

Disappointed The resort needs some serious TLC. My daughter, granddaughter and I did a weekend girls trip this past weekend. We stayed in a room near the pool. I was disappointed that more attention has not been given to this Lodge with the reputation this Lodge has always had. Even though we were okay enough with our room, it had chewed up interior doors, a very rickety unsafe entry door (also chewed up) and seemed very outdated. We loved the location of our room and we enjoyed some pampering at the spa. There was no cleanup around the area which again showed the lapse of class this resort used to hold up to. The other real aggravation is that since the daily housekeeping has ceased, we are told to “just let us know what you need and we will be happy to get it to you”. Well, that isn’t quite how it goes down, unfortunately. We got some real “aggravated” signs from front desk when we asked for more towels, shampoo and coffee. So, both nights we got our clean towels close to 11:00 pm (they gave us 4 bath mats instead of the requested hand towels) and they forgot our shampoo. No coffee, no extra coffee cups, etc. So why not be more gracious with the hospitality end since you don’t clean the rooms anymore! People are booking this resort off your website pics and sorry but they aren’t happy when they arrive and see the real thing. I personally saw a couple who had checked in and out within the hour. I don’t want you to become the picture of what the Lake’s outlet mall looks like.

straight out of the ozarks show on netflix If you wanted to stay in a dingy place pretending to be fancy this place is it! way overpriced for vintage 80ies decor, free standing air conditioning, decrepit rooms and toilets that wont flush unless you hold down the lever. Should have stayed at days inn and been in the yesr 2000 at least. Never again.
