Beware We booked this on line with high rating. When we got to the property, there was plywood over a room window and door, a number of mid twenties age people running through the hall yelling with broken down vehicles in the parking lot. When we approached the lobby, it was locked and could not get in. We were directed to go to a window where there was a sign to scan the QR code to register with no idea how we would have gotten a key for a room. The code did not work. When ringing the bell, no one came. As we were turning to leave, police pulled up and there was a huge commotion down the hall with security and police all over. We elected to leave. That evening I called the Book Hotels for a refund and they said I had to get it from the hotel. We went to the hotel the next day and they said I had to get it from the booking company. I stood in their lobby and called the booking company. We were given half of the amount we paid after lots of energy. If we had not gone to the property and got everyone one the phone, I suspect we would have never received any refund at all. The property was run down with the lobby furniture thread bare and dirty. Not confident that the rooms would have been any better......

While management did give us a partial refund, after a fight, I would not recommend that anyone stays here. Our first impression when we checked in was a plywood sheet over the door of one room and a couple of junk cars in the parking lot. The lobby was locked and we couldn't get in and we noticed police activity at the end of one of the wings. we elected to stay elsewhere for our safety. when we went back the next day for a refund, the lobby was filthy, dirty walls, ratty furniture. when I went to use the restroom, I noticed a junk a/c unit in the hallway and the restroom didn't look like it had been cleaned this year. All of the urinals were unusable, dead roaches scattered around and the toilets were disgusting. It looks like they are close to going out of business.

No pets Allowed I made a reservation a Month in advance with this hotel because prices was great For an Extended stay ( seeing that me and my kids and dogs had no where else to go until my apartment was ready) and they accepted pets, I have two ESA dogs that I will not leave behind. I Decided to call the day of my reservation just to make sure everything was set, Spoke to the Lady that answered and she advised that no sorry they do not accept pets. They must have changed all there rules last minute They should update there rules to no pets because I last minute had to figure out what me and my family would be doing and where we would be sleeping.

Worst travel experience to date We stay in "cheap" places all of the time and travel all over Florida for nightly stays. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a nights stay. We traveled over 150mi on a motorcycle to get there only to find it CLOSED! Yes I said closed. No phone call, warning, options, nothing. Just standing in a dark parking lot next to my motorcycle with my wife in a city I have never been in before. How am I supposed to control traffic, weather and any other delays when traveling over 3 hours on the road. Closes at 9pm? Maybe at 1am it would even make just a little bit of sense. We were greeted by the security guard at 10pm saying they closed an hour ago and there was nothing we could do. This was reserved on Booking.com where we found later that it said hours in the fine print, but how they would choose to not make this abundantly clear is beyond me. Anyone showing up after 9pm is going to be furious, so why not put this in bold print on the ad? We found a nicer, safer, cleaner, well lit Travel Lodge less than a mile away for only $10 more. To add insult to injury, this place would NOT refund us anything. By the way, all of those photos must have been taken the day after it opened because it does not look like that any more. Just add trash, weeds and some random syringes and you are getting closer to how this place looked.

Horrible horrible place Our plane arrived later than scheduled. We arrived at the hotel at 9:15pm. We could see the front desk clerk. The doors were locked and a fully armed security guard told us they were closed and needed to go somewhere else. I said but the staff was right there. He said sorry my brother but you need to go somewhere else. I already paid for two rooms for two nights. He said sorry but you need to go somewhere else. From what I could see through the door into the hotel as well as the outside of the hotel it is nothing like the pics. Very dirty. And I have never been to a hotel that had a fully equipped security guard at the door. We went across the street and checked with 3 other hotels to get a room and none of them had a security guard nor did any of the other 3 hotels look like they needed a security guard! They will not refund our money. This is not a hotel. It is a residence for gov’t assisted families and people with a few open rooms. Expedia and Trip Advisor should not allow this property on their websites. Obviously they have no standards only to make money!
