I got to rent a scooter for free to ride around in for free!!! FOR FREE!!! I visited with my partner last night and played for four hours and broke even!!! I played every slot asked about!!! I won, I lost. I wish you could get regular Pinball and regular Top Dollar, $50 a spin is a bit RICH FOR ME!!! It's a beautiful casino, so colorful. VERY VIBRANT!!! I got a scooter for free to ride around in!!! FOR FREE!!! If l had to rate it against the others like Viejas Casino, I would vote for this one by far.

VIPs Only? Still Non Smoking. Yeah! Still no alcohol. Yeah! Still uncrowded. Yeah! So, lately, my partner and I have been going to Barona on Saturday afternoons just to have something fun to do. We do not expect to win big or be selected for any promotions. Barona really favors Diamond players over everyone else. I can understand they spend more, but often, they win more too! I do not like the food options being segregated also. VIP eatery? Come on, sell your food to whomever wishes to eat it! How Lame? But, the last 3 weekends, we have won twice what we spent, typically $3k to $4k out the door! So you can keep your VIP food, VIP Parking and silly games. We will take the wins over that all day long! And go eat somewhere else! Good luck!

Not the same… I used to go to Barona several times a year and enjoyed staying there even though it was quite a drive from the LA area. However in the past few years, they have gotten kind of snooty as to who is allowed to stay there ( only high rollers can get a room) and who can eat where. ( Try to get a window view or take out.) The rooms are nice but basic- the décor hasn’t been updated in at least a dozen years. Also miss the spa which moved to Sycuan after the pandemic.

Loosest slots, clean air, no alcohol, 18+ Barona Casino is 18+. It does not serve alcohol. Unless you ate at the Italian restaurant and must consume all before you leave. We parked at the South entrance which is an outdoor lot with shuttle (golf cart) service or you can proceed to park in the five level parking structure and enter the North entrance. By far this is my favorite SD casino. Super clean air, because there’s no alcohol, people are sober and alert. The casino floor, especially the slots were packed. So lively! They were voted the loosest slots in town and I witnessed that to be true on multiple occasions. After midnight, it was hard to find an empty seat. They had one crap table and it’s the longest I’ve ever seen. My dices kept on spinning. Next to it was an electronic crap table which was normal size. It’s all California crap/roulette with the cards. Minimum was $10 but it can increase at night, weekends or holidays. I didn’t see any sports booking area but saw a huge chipless electronic machine area to play all your card games. They got rid of the buffet during pandemic. There’s a cafe, Italian restaurant, VIP dining area and the food court. We got coffee from Barona Cafe. They asked if you want ice, hot, or blended. I got blended Coffee Toffee whip cream. The food court has bánh mì, soup, Chinese, churros, hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, Mexican, pretty much every cuisine. We ordered from Three Amigos World Famous Tacos for $2 each. I have to say, they’re not World Famous for nothing! It was yummy! We got carnitas, carne asada, and chicken. Love this property but wish there was a mocktail bar or live music. They had a boom box cart that went around blasting music. Also a Free drink cart. There’s also a hotel. All the attendants were super friendly. The parking attendant would wave to you as you drove in the parking lot, at the escalator, outdoor entrance, indoor and you felt welcomed all around. You can also tier match if you have a higher tier elsewhere.

Surpassed our expectations! We went to the casino and had a lot of fun. Hubby won $400. We were surprised when 3 employees walked around with a cart with a game you choose numbers on. Random people were selected and got paid whatever amount came up from their selection. They walked around with music and tambourines and were super friendly. Never experienced that before at a casino. Lunch was great too. We will be back!
