Old, nor charming. If you are used to four seasons class hotels, you will not enjoy this. The hotel is both old and deteriorating. Exterior of the town homes is falling apart. Includes features like open stairs without protective railings that would not pass today’s building code. Very small TVs. Do not recommend.

Excellent Staff but Property Needs Updating This property is very convenient if you're attending an event at Lime Rock Park, which was our reason for being in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and while our room (in the Woodside section) was clean, it was also very tired, bordering on shabby, and in need of redecorating. The food in the restaurant was fine, and again, the staff could not have been nicer, but the property overall has seen better days and could really use a facelift.

Great Stay - casual vibe with amazing food and service! Stayed here for conference and it was a great experience. The rooms are large, beds comfortable and plenty of hot water. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. It has a casual vibe and is super comfortable! This is a family owned and operated place and their pride shows. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No service issues at all! The standout is the food. Everything was great! This Inn was a favorite of Paul Newman when he would race near by. I would absolutely come back! BTW, ask if Copper, the house GoldenDoddle is around. He is awesome and loves as many pets as you can spare.

Relaxing even while doing business My team has used Interlaken Inn for several team workshops. From a group of 10 to a group of 30, our experience is always amazing. The prices are very reasonable for what is offered. I have come to know a lot of the staff and they have all been wonderful and respectful. Any request is met and handled in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable. The food prepared in Morgan's Restaurant is top notch and plentiful. For groups they have a game room/library, that our team uses in the evenings to unwind. It is relaxing and a great place to just hang out at the end of the day. We look forward to many more team events at Interlaken!

Paper thin walls The walls are paper thin. And it’s not inexpensive. I could feel the people walking in the room next door. And hear their every word. The hotel was fairly empty. They should space out the customers on nights the place is empty. I can’t imagine staying there again.
