Terrible for anyone who doesn’t have kids Before I say anything I will clarify the place is nice and clean and a very comfortable stay room wise. However staying here was one of the worst stays of my life. I had to come into town for business, up early back in the evening. Being that this hotel has a “water park” it is a big attraction to families with kids and parents who have zero respect for anyone else staying in the hotel. As with most hotels the walls are very thin which generally is not that big an issue. However every single night of my 3 nights I was here there were families sprinting up and down the hallways screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs and shaking the whole floor (this is not a joke). On top of that 3 different times I had kids running around pounding on peoples doors “dingdong ditching” up until probably 11pm. It was incredibly irritating when some people are trying to sleep. We have people come into town multiple times a year for business but our business will be going to a different hotel from now on.

Hotel block - a great experience!! I recently had my wedding block here and cannot say enough good things. The entire staff was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had many guests comment on how great the hotel and its staff was, and how convenient the shuttle was from our wedding reception. I am so glad I went through this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

Great place for a family with younger kids We had a whole family Easter celebration here. The staff was so great! Very friendly and attentive. Micheal and Tatiana were great! The kids had a blast at the pool. There is a place outside of the pool for adults to hang out while still being close to the kids

A nice place to save Super friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Kids were a little disappointed in the little “waterpark” so could have saved a hundred dollars there. Pillows were not the best. The shower was amazing good pressure and hot. Clean room and bathroom. I recommend getting a lower floor pool view room instead of the balcony. Balcony is cool but the lower rooms have a table and two chairs. Fun arcade. No continental breakfast but if you pay for the 10 extra breakfast you get two free kids coupons and 20 towards the rubys red eye restaurant that’s connected.

Great place to meet with friends and family Rented three rooms. Really helpful in getting room near each other. Great restaurant attached to hotel reservations are recommended. Ask front desk about the kids eat free coupons. There is also an adult food coupon.
