Beautiful I've always been a huge fan of Stephen King's Rose Red and just realized last year that you could actually stay here where it was filmed. So of course, I booked a trip out here to visit this place and Olympic National Park. This was our first stop of the trip and it was breathtaking and chilling at the same time to see this place in person. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff is friendly and it's extremely clean. The staff go home at night so you have the whole place to yourselves(with other guests that may be there if course). We were there with one other pair of guests and never even saw them while we explored the castle at night. There are so many cool photo albums of the filming of Rose Red in the cabinet in the main room downstairs, which were AMAZING to look at if you're a fan like me. Even if you're just staying for the fact that it's a castle and not because you're a fan of the movie, it's amazing. My boyfriend wasn't a huge fan of the movie but he enjoyed himself here while looking at the gardens and the building itself. I LOVED the library and the movie room. So many cool things all throughout and I'd definitely stay again.

Great Stay for the Weekend Trip was great. We stayed in the Grand View Suite and it was amazing. My only complaint is one thing which was not a huge deal. Check in is at 4PM, seems very late compared to hotels. I also state that the staff was very accommodating and let us check in early shortly at 2PM. Only other recommendation for the website, more pictures!. Our room was much bigger than we expected. We had no idea we had a full kitchen or such a large room. The website could use a little update. Other than that the ground were amazing and a very beautiful building. Recommend very highly.

Best night ever I can’t wait to come back. Everything was perfect. The staff was great. The room was exquisite. The beauty and uniqueness of this castle is unparalleled. I was so excited we were the only guests. I really hope we get it all to ourselves the next time.

Loved Our Stay Spent two nights for a wedding and loved it. The room and grounds were very relaxing. The staff were wonderful and we noticed how well they supported the wedding activities. Of particular interest to me in addition to the history of the building were the stain glass ornaments throughout.
