Not up to Marriott Standards I stay at a lot of Marriott brands including Springhill and this property did not deserve 5 stars. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and the breakfast was efficient and done well. The problems I had were with the design of the room and the Construction. First, there were no electrical outlets near the beds or nightstand. These days that is essential. Also the bathroom vanity was in front of the beds with no door to close so at night if you need to use the sink you light up the entire bedroom! Finally the walls were so thin we heard people in the next rooms even when they were talking at a normal level. These issues are not the fault of the staff but I know Marriott has standards that should prevent the 3 issues that I commented on.

Wonderful staff and good location This is my second stay at this hotel. It is just what you expect from a Springhill Suites. The staff was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. I asked for a few special services and late check out to help us with a pageant and rodeo weekend, and the front desk and housekeeping were excellent in taking care of us. The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the walls are thin and if you are a light sleeper, it can be a problem. Other than that, the rooms are clean, the hotel is clean, the location is perfect right off of the freeway, but away from the hustle and bustle, close enough to food and shopping, easy parking and the staff is superb! I will continue to come back here each year.

Highly recommend. Super comfy beds, room was good size, HVAC easy to operate, and the staff was professional and helpful, the room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc., and I didn't want to ever leave. The breakfasts were good - sausage, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, toasts, bagels, cereals, juices, etc.

Very Comfortable Clean rooms that are spacious. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The people were very friendly. My Titanium status was well-recognized. We would return. They had good amenities and a nice convenience store.

good the hotel room was real nice. the pillows sucked. too fluffy and no firmness. i didnt complain so i dont know if they had firmer pillows. it didnt occur to me, i guess thats my loss. but great hotel and friendly staff
