Need A Good Nights Sleep In A Comfortable Hotel? What a great place to stay. Very close to the theater venue which is always a plus. This is my second time staying here based on my friends recommendation. The rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. But the best part are two ladies who work there, Carly and Charlotte. So fun to talk to and they always have a wonderful attitude. This will be my go to hotel whenever I am in Lancaster. And we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Average Hotel with a Unexpected Charge. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Just checked out this morning. It was our first time staying here. It took a few minutes to check in when we arrived. We had to wait a little bit because there was no one at the desk. Just a sign saying, we'll be back shortly. The girl who checked us in was very personable. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the usual complimentary fare, but lacking compared to competitor's breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were bland and watery. Sausage links on both mornings we were there. No healthy choices or variety of breads. Just white bread. No bagels, English muffins etc. They did have mini blueberry muffins, which were good. The orange juice was very watered down. Coffee was adequate. Sign in the elevator stating no servicing of the rooms due to staff shortage and covid practices. The hotel did have hand sanitizer dispensers, but sadly no hand sanitizer in them. What disappointed me the most was the $1.50 a day charge for the safe located in the closet. I have stayed at higher end hotels and resorts that had safes in the rooms, but didn't charge their guests for them. I was surprised when I looked over my bill. On the way home after checking out, I read others comments saying it was for the hotel's liability cost for stolen property. I do not feel it's right to charge their guests to pay for the cost the hotel has to pay for their insurance. If you do stay at the hotel, please be aware of this charge ahead of time. Unfortunately, I will be staying at another hotel for our future trips to Lancaster because of this unexpected charge.

Mostly good Room was nice, clean and a good size. A little hard to see from the road so watch for the sign. Only complaint is breakfast was the exact same every day. Every other Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in has had some variety by rotating between types of eggs, breakfast meat, changing waffle flavors, and a variety of bagels and muffins. Not here. Scrambled eggs, plain and blueberry waffles, sausage links, blueberry muffins and white bread every day. Never had any bagels. The hotel is close to many good Amish bakeries, so after a few nights we started bringing baked goods in to supplement their repetitive offerings.

Clean, comfortable. We’d return! We took a quick 4 day, 3 night trip to Amish Country to do some antiquing in the area and were most happy with these Comfort Inn Suites. They were very clean, with a particularly spotless bathroom. The 2 queen beds were comfortable and came with pillows galore. There was a side annex separated from the sleep area by a short wall and containing a hide-a-bed. It was a nice area to lounge and put your feet up rather than lying in bed with pillows as a back rest. There was the requisite refrig, microwave and quite a large TV (55”, maybe). Some reviews have complained about the free breakfast and it’s never changing selections. Big deal, unless you’re staying a bunch of nights you’ll be fine. It sure beats a McDonald’s egg McMuffin. Also, the hotel is close to tons of restaurants and the Amish tourist area. All in all if I can’t find anything negative to say then it gets 5 stars.

Just fine We've stayed at a lot of Comfort Suites, and this one was as good as the best. Nice large room. Lots of plugs all over. Really good Wi-Fi. Only complaint: One elevator that's kinda slow. But that's a minor matter. We left happy.
