Perfectly fine motel near Bird In Hand and other amish towns We had a standard double queen room and everything was fine. We enjoyed the location though it was nowhere near a restaurant. But we found a good one a short distance away. Service was fine except for no breakfast available.

Great place to stay We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June with 3 small kids. We did Dutch wonderland and other touristy stuff. This hotel was very clean. I am extremely picky about hotel cleanliness and will literally examine the entire room. This place passed my test! We use a white noise machine with the kids so I didn’t hear any noise. It seemed like mostly business travelers, the pool was empty when we went. The pool towels were really small and old but it was the only small inconvenience the whole trip. Breakfast choices were enough. I loved that they had Starbucks cold brew! We would stay here again if we come back.

Excellent Stay My husband and I had a last minute stay here travelling from Canton, OH. After a horrible stay at a Marriott property in Canton, OH our stay here was great. The staff was excellent. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The pool was open. It is small but enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when in Lancaster.

Good Choice But Limited Services This is a hotel for business travelers and located in a area of office buildings and corporate offices. My stay was for academic research-so it was well suited. Very clean and my 5th floor room appeared to be updated and had a walk-in shower_ . I was in the last room towards the south end and yes I heard traffic noise, especially trucks on nearby Rt. 30 at night. I went to the opposite end and did not hear it in room 534. So I’d ask for even number rooms like x24 through x34. No housekeeping service (every 3 days) and very limited breakfast.

So-so The stay was fine for the night but the rooms need entire facelifts. The bathrooms especially since they look very outdated. I’ve stayed at other Mariotts around the country and the world that have more updated rooms than the one we stayed at. I can understand that it’s a pandemic but when time and money allows they should focus on updating the rooms to meet the competition of today.
