Absolutely horrible. When initially booking a room, the baseline price was unavailable. Upon arrival when given a total of 1,200 for two nights… we decided not to stay here and look for somewhere cheaper. After leaving, we revived a phone call saying that we were still going to be charged for one night since we didn’t cancel in the given 2 day time frame. This was very upsetting to hear, and the manager was not nice or understanding. This hotel is not worth $600 a night. Period. This hotel deserves nothing, and no business. Do not stay here, it’s not worth the prices. Stay somewhere nicer for as much as they are charging.

Hotel needs to be redone. We checked in to the Hilton Garden Inn on Granite run Drive in Lancaster on March 15. We had no reservations. The lobby was beautiful, fresh paint, new artwork, a bar and a restaurant. The lady that helped us told us lots of rooms available. Would I like a king or two queens? I stated I did not want to be on the side of the highway , so whatever was available would be fine, I asked about breakfast, and she said yes, you get breakfast! We got to our room, nothing close to the beautiful lobby we stepped in, first floor ceiling very low. The bathroom you could not even fit in. It was maybe 4 x 4. The lights were dim. The bedding was awful. The beds were two doubles , heating and air conditioning system was old, a musty smell was in the air. We should have walked out and said this is unacceptable but we didn’t. Naturally, I did not sleep well. Breakfast was served from 7 to 11. My husband was there at 7 AM, he got the biscuits and gravy, with bacon . I met him as he was just starting to eat, bacon was barely cooked, and the biscuits and gravy were a little on the sour side. to my knowledge, it was free so I wasn’t complaining, however, I found out later, $15 per person per breakfast, which was not included in the initial room price. I discussed this at length with the manager of the facility and she told me she would take some money off of my current bill. We checked out two hours later and my bill was $281.99 an outrageous fee for a hotel that needs to be revamped. I recommend that you do not stay here, unless you want to piss away a fortune for a mediocre nights stay

Hospitality at its best I arrived late on Monday 10/16. It was about 20 minutes before the bar and a the Restaurant was closing. So when I walked up and asked if I could order something I was expecting a attitude or poorly prepared food or both. Because that is the norm in the hospitality industry know. To my surprise and pleasure I was greeted with the complete opposite. The bar tender made some recommendations and I chose to go with the Burger. While I waited the bartender offered me a drink and served it with enthusiasm. I was expecting the run of the mill Garden burger. Again to my surprise it was the complete opposite. It was actually a extremely well prepared and presented burger. Not just tossed on a plate. While this may seem like basic service it was from from that. But somehow the hospitality industry has forgotten this. These 2 employees have helped put the word Hospitality back in the Hospitality industry! Please thank them both for me because I was so tired I did not get the names. I will definitely be staying at your hotel everytime I pass through.

Very happy customer. The restaurant had super friendly service and an excellent breakfast buffet! The entire hotel experience was exceptional, from our check-in to our rooms to our check-out. I would def come back! Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lancaster, PA as part of a church group bus trip. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were large with amenities (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave) and everything was so clean and felt new. We all raved the next morning about the great night's sleep we had on the very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was very good. Add to that the staff in all areas was genuinely friendly and helpful. With our coach bus it was about 20 minutes from the Amish Experience in Bird-in-Hand, PA and about 30 minutes from the Sight and Sound theater in Ronks, PA.
