So Disappointed! I reserved 2 suites and one regular room. My family arrived at 4:10 pm and none of the rooms were ready! The manager was offering all kinds of excuses: the hotel was sold out the previous night, there were late checkouts, the staff is working hard, she has worked 60 hours this week. None of this is my problem. So 6 adults and 2 toddlers hung around the lobby until our rooms were ready. At 4:50pm, the last room was ready. We weren’t even offered a bottle of water during this wait. This didn’t end here. One suite had a clogged sink and the other suite had a non-working tv in the living room area. After spending the day at Sesame Place, all we wanted was to relax. But that didn’t happen.

Good Comfortable room. 1st time in a Marriott in a while. Other than a couple of small issues it was a nice stay. Good HVAC didn't have to touch the thermostat the entire stay and was quiet. Nice comfortable bedding and pillows. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby. When we got to the room there was no bedside table on one side of the bed. I went and asked about it and was told that was somehow a feature of the room. I don't view not having somewhere to book my glasses and book down a feature. I was promised by the front desk clerk that "maintenance" would bring one the next day, I asked if I could just have one and offered to carry it down my self and was told that was not possible. We left to go eat dinner and when we returned a second front desk clerk asked me if everything was alright. I said it was fine except I didn't have a bedside table and observed that every Hilton property I had stayed in recently had a bedside table on each side of the bed. This clerk went and got a bedside table from somewhere & brought it to the room. Issue solved. The phone based key never did work.

NOISY Booked 4 nights stayed two and checked out. First night music in adjoining room kept us up until 1:30. Second night partying and domestic dispute kept us up until 3:30. We called front desk and they said all they could do is request them to quiet down. We asked residents directly as did others on floor to no avail. The hotel is really nice. But I would not visit again as I felt that they had an obligation to ensure quiet after midnight for all guests.

Didn't stay, but had a great experience anyway! My fiance and I are getting married this May and found out on Monday, 2/17 that the hotel we had a room block with closed. We had already sent out our invitations with all our room block information and had arranged for shuttle service to take our guests to and from the venue and our hotel. We, obviously, were frantic to find a new hotel in such short notice and started calling and emailing around to multiple hotels in the area. We called the front desk after hours and were given both the phone number and email of the sales manager, Susan. I left Susan a rather frantic voicemail and asked if she could get back to us asap and my fiance sent her an email explaining the situation. The very next morning we both received calls from Susan who had already gone over our requests and was incredibly uplifting to the whole situation. They were able to accommodate most of our requests and helped us figure out alternatives to any request they weren't able to fulfill. We highly recommend this Courtyard by Marriott solely based off of Susan's quick and empathetic response to our unfortunate situation! Thanks again to Susan.

Awesome Stay Awesome Staff I would have been happy with this stay if I had stayed at a JW Marriott- but the fact that this great experience/ stay was at a Marriott Courtyard make this stay even more memorable. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff--and I mean everyone we met had a smile and a kind word--was great. However the person that was at the front desk for almost our entire two day stay was outstanding. Mary, acted as greeter, front desk clerk, concierge throughout the weekend. She called us as our rooms became available, she made food recommendations and check with us on how things were going. She was really one of those people who makes your stay. We had a group that had a total of six rooms combined and everyone was impressed. Thank you to Courtyard (and Mary) for a great stay.
