Good experience, nothing special Family visit for two nights, Double Queen room, not much space for family of 4, fantastic bathroom (large bath and shower). No coffee/tea facilities, and no complimentary water. Expensive to eat in the resort, even to get a bottle of water. Pool got busy very quickly in the morning.

Just ok Over all decent, but the Air Conditioning was sub par, juuuuuust cold enough so you weren’t sweating in your room, no fridge to keep cold snacks or cold drinks. The room wasn’t that clean, the bathroom has no fan. Very Dated, items in the essentials store veeeeeery expensive, but hey it’s Vegas. The room tablet isn’t anything special, if it actually works.

Excellent Service We are Aria regulars. It is our go-to place to stay when we visit Las Vegas. One of the reasons we enjoy Aria so much is because of the staff. We always receive excellent service throughout the casino. We particularly enjoy seeing Ivan (slots), Michael (dealer) and Rosanne and Isa (beverage). Thank you for making us feel special. We look forward to our next trip.

Luxurious resort but !!! Beautiful luxurious hotel room is very clean comfortable bed & pillows. Got an entrance view room on the 27 floor you need your room card to use the elevator. There’s an iPad in the room to check the hotel’s services and amenities ours didn’t work for 3 days although we complained at the reception but it wasn’t fixed. Therefore we had to figure out how to open the curtains by using an electric switch at the side of the bathroom door! Later we discovered another switch next to the room door where you switch on 2 options: red light for privacy or green for service so your room gets cleaned ! Of course our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days because the iPad wasn’t working we didn’t know about these switches. Drinking and mini bar items are overpriced you touch them automatically they’re on your bill to pay for with very sensitive censors you can’t use the mini fridge to put your own water bottle. There’s a safe in the night stand easy to use but if you don’t unblock it before you check out there’s a $100 penalty that goes on your credit card. Resort fees are $50 plus tax. There’s no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, nor disposable slippers, nor shower caps. You can use Uber or taxis at the front entrance of the resort. Taxi’s start at $5.25 depending on your destination like from Aria to the Sphere around $16 plus tipping.

Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas We stayed at Aria and would not recommend this hotel. This hotel is rated a 5 star but I beg to differ for several reasons. The room we stayed in was outdated, dusty and dirty. Carpets were not vacuumed and dust can be seen on the pictures, shelving and on the plateform bed. The caulking in the bathroom needs replacing and the water tapes are extremely hard to turn. For anyone who plans to stay at this resort (regardless of this review) please know to stay clear from the mini bar for personal use. Everything is on a sensor and if an item is moved to make room for medication or food the hotel will charge you for the price of the item moved. I highly recommend checking out in person and not the express checkout. We stayed at this resort for one week and everyday we seen the same homeless people hanging around or sleeping on the hotel benches. This is very sad to see. The pool opens at 9:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm. You can expect a long line up and good luck finding a chair with an umbrella. Expect security to check your bags before entering the pool area. No personal food or drinks are allowed. The hotel encourages guest to order drinks and food from their overpriced menu. We had sleepless nights due to poor circulation in the room and A/C was set on 60F. We do not plan to stay at this resort ever again. The resort fee is $50/nite plus tax. Please do your research on what would best accommodate you. Staying at this hotel was a disappointment.
