Terrible, Trashy, Avoid at all costs This was by far the most horrific hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was absolutely atrocious, and the conditions were beyond unacceptable. The elevated rooms, which were advertised as luxurious with in-room air purifiers for cannabis use, were a complete scam. Instead, they turned out to be nothing more than dirty, outdated smoking rooms that reeked of cigarette odor, leaving my clothes, hair, and body smelling disgusting. The so-called air purifier looked like it was from the 1980s and didn’t even work. To make matters worse, we were greeted with a dirty towel on the floor and no hot water in the shower after a long day of travel. The app for ordering room service didn’t function, and the menu items looked unappetizing online with ridiculously high prices. When I went to the front desk to complain, they refused to refund my stay or offer any meaningful compensation. Instead, they moved me to another “smoking room,” which was just as disgusting—complete with a dirty bandage on the floor, a dirty ashtray, and a broken heater that fell to the ground when I tried to adjust it. At 1 AM, the front desk offered to send a technician, but I was too exhausted to deal with it by that point. The lack of care, cleanliness, and basic functionality at this hotel is staggering. The staff showed no remorse, offered no compensation, and provided an experience that was utterly intolerable. Avoid this place at all costs—do NOT stay here under any circumstances. It’s a complete nightmare.

Great Experience Zero issues with the place. Based on the reviews I wasn’t expecting much. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again. I’m coming back in March of next year and will be staying there. Off the strip but who cares. Just Uber to The Lexi. Couple miles off the strip.

Hell hole. Run for your life. You’d be better off booking a motel 6. A horrid experience. This is not a real hotel, and it has no decent amenities. First of all, it’s super confusing. The “420 friendly rooms” are only a portion of the rooms, one of the floors isn’t 420 friendly. This information is misleading and not posted anywhere when you book a room. They’re called “elevator rooms”— how on earth is any customer supposed to know what that means? It’s bad. Second, they had nothing. Can we check out an hour later than usual? No. Can we have extra pillows, there aren’t enough in our room? No. Can we use any amenities like the pool or restaurant? No. Can we have coffee that isn’t decaf, we don’t drink decaf? No. Can we have a screen on our window to not let bugs into the room? No. Since all this place is is a bed, are the beds at least comfortable? No. I couldn’t sleep a wink. Every single request of this place was a no. It was soooo disappointing. It’s in a horrible location and it has zero redeeming qualities. I’d avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid restaurant The worst salad and pizza I’ve had and I have had scores of each. The salad was sparse and the red leafs were bitter. The value of the ingredients was very low and the Caesar dressing was minimal. The vegetable pizza was nearly tasteless and unappetizing. The value was very low.

Run Forrest Run First hotel I’ve ever stayed there was only a sheet, no blanket or comforter. Front desk nasty rude for everything! I was told a blanket or comforter did not exist in the entire hotel and then I was brought one later after I emailed general manager, who is not on site. That manager got nasty and threatening after I emailed, clearly you trained and support the rude staff here. The air conditioner is falling out of the wall, so filthy, and caused me health issues when I turned it on heat because it was a chilly evening and all of that burnt dirt and dust smell in my room. My throat became more and more swollen during my stay, which was supposed to be for rest. My allergies always reacts to mold, or severe dust. I asked for a refund after my first night here and was quite firmly and rudely told that they never ever do that. They refused for awhile to provide me with contact general management. I did reach the general manager by email, but they supported the behavior of front desk staff and threatened me that they were sending security footage of anytime I visited the front desk to headquarters and I said please do. I was only there for a check in and when I went down the second morning I was here because Because the Wi-Fi had gone out the night before and the phones so if my cell phone had died, I would’ve had no way to call 911 if I had a medical emergency. They were rude then too. I would like to talk to general headquarters, but like this general manager, if you read all the negative reviews on here clearly they are aware of everything is bad about this place. The Wi-Fi on my TV never worked again the rest of my stay. I enjoy casting my own TV shows to the TV and that was not a possibility after my first night here. so much for Monday through Friday restful stay here. After reading the other reviews I’m just so grateful I wasn’t here for any of their pool parties. It’s very noisy in the rooms, and one can hear every car go by, car alarm beep, every noise outside and I have not the greatest hearing with my tinnitus. Very industrial location with bad views. They are just nasty here. I’ve never been met with seriously such rude service at a hotel for asking basic questions like when is the Wi-Fi going to be working? Can I have a refund? Why don’t you have blankets on your beds?!? No matter what I tried to do, I was met with hostility and then threatened by the general manager and told I wasn’t allowed to go to the front desk anymore. So I couldn’t even ask when is WiFi/ tv WiFi features ever going to work again and I tried emailing their general manager with no response. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in Vegas or anywhere. Do not be drawn in by their supposed for 420 vibe. They only allow it on 4th floor of the hotel. You can pay extra to stay on. The parking is sketchy looking. I would never go in that pool. This place is just gross, rude, and very noisy. I’ve had housekeeping walk in my room with no knock or notice because they didn’t know there was someone in here they said. That was very startling. The first two mornings I was here they went up and down the hallway, except my do not disturb sign and banged on every door or slammed every door, saying housekeeping until I complain that was too much noise. So they then started construction of some kind on my floor all day. My last night, I had guests staying above me. I could hear every footstep. Save your money and go stay at any other cheap motel like the travel lodge that this was. Or get comped on the strip. There were no instructions on the phone whatsoever, so I could only call zero and then was told I’m not allowed to contact the front desk. All they knew were same redundant sentences like I don’t know or no refunds is our policy if you leave early. I only stayed because I couldn’t get a refund, per their policy. I will never stay somewhere again without reading the negative reviews closely. The only way they’re getting five star reviews now from anyone is if it’s a bot or they’re being paid for.
