Not too bad. Here for 4d3n 2rooms. Requested to have the rooms clean 2x. None were done. Hallway has umm funky smell. For 1st time traveling in vegas... the price is ok. Atleast now we know where to stay next time.. Front desk Staffs were great. *****

Dirty rooms Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Our room was dirty. the only towel in our room was a used washcloth and we weren’t provided with a full set of towels when we requested some. Coffee maker in room was filthy, both trash cans in room were full and counters were dirty

Stay somewhere else Our issues with the hotel began at check in when we were pushed around the nature of our service animal, and the clerk decided that our answers did not qualify, charging us extra. The topic of what services they perform and presenting paperwork were brought up. The hotel outside of the lobby had a strange smell to it, but aside from the check in, the real issue was with the room. The door did not lock fully, but that was not evident until after our child had fallen asleep. We had seen that the bolt would not engage, what we did not expect was that other key cards would work on the door. To prevent people from entering we used the larch and braced the door. Additionally, multiple items in the room including the television, charging ports, some lights, and air conditioner were either broken or worked poorly.

Bed sucked Need new beds . So squeaky couldn’t sleep. Every time you tried to move the bed would squeak so loud . Did not have a good nights sleep

Dirty room and bathroom Our room was dirty, dirty sheets, toothpaste all over the bathroom, the tiles were all broken and not grouted to the floor anymore, and the tub was nasty. If we hadn't just completed a 40mile backpacking trip and needed a place to crash, we would have left immediately.
