great easy place on the west side it was a nice stay. I thought the free breakfast was pretty good with quite a bit to choose from. the desk lady was very nice and helpful. parking was convenient. pretty close to Red Rock so I was able to go play there and then have somewhere to sleep for a reasonable price on a Friday night. they have a pool which is said to be 24 hours but we didn't use. the room was big enough with a desk and a fridge. we didn't do much there except sleep and eat breakfast but it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in town over the weekend.

Old Best Western rooms! First I have to start by letting you know that the front office lady, Crystal went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to stay as we were going to leave and drive another 4 hours to go home. We have already been driving 6 hours. The pictures for the rooms are deceiving. We booked the King Kitchen suite and the picture was not the room we got. First when I confirmed the room as we were running quite late from our travels, they could not find our reservation. So that make us think the room we got was because they did not find our reservation and gave us the dungeon 1st floor kitchen. Which we found out was a kitchenette. The room was old, cabinets do not shut and falling apart. Pot and pans were in a storage bin. I looked at my husband and said lets go, I could not stay in that room. Went to the front dest and Crystal did everything she could to have us stay so we did not drive another 4 hours to go home. Yes I understand the hotel is old but Best Western needs to remodel and upgrade to standards.

Very good hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable We stayed here on 5/9/24 in room 311. It was our third stay in the past 6 years. The hotel is an older one but well maintained. It was clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good, there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom and the room was good sized. The front desk staff (check in and out) were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was typical of a BW Plus. There was plenty of free parking, even at our 10 pm check in. The hotel is about 20 min. from terminal 3 at LAS. We would stay here again.

excellent Over all Stay was excellent, room & cusomer service was also excellent, I definitely recomend satying at the Best Western Plus in Las Vegas West.
