Good for the price Great for the price! Loved having a kitchenette and wahser/dryer. The small unit was perfect size for three of us. It smelled like smoke and febreze though. The shower/tub was clogged and we had to get maintenence to clear it out. The gym equipment was ok, not amazing. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. Friendly staff.

Nice place to spend your vacation. Very good welcome from front desk staff speedy check in process. Friendly house keeping people provide fresh towels, cleaning supplies, popcorn, coffee and water (from front desk staff) all the time. Staff members always smiling and ready to help all the time. No a single bad experience in our seven days staying at Bluegreen club 36 at Viva Las Vegas. Thank you very much to Bluegreen club 36 staff members. I

It’s ok until your last morning… Facilities are rooms are ok. Nothing to write home about but do appreciate the washer drawer units to do Landry for sure. Have ice cold water available for refreshing yourself. Biggest con is on your last day/night, housekeeping will beat on your door every 20-30 minutes. This started at about 830 for us. After the third time, yea, I was pissed. Each time we repeated ourselves that we would be out by 11am…. 11am please …… 11am please….. Def not a happy ending! _

Good staff and amenities My three-night stay at Bluegreen Club 36 was fantastic. The resort staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. Ayanna, the lady at the reception, was very nice and patient. She assisted with our check-in, introduced us to everything, and answered all our questions. Additionally, Allisen and Brittney were very responsive and promptly catered to all our requests. I will definitely choose to stay at Bluegreen Club 36 the next time we visit fabulous Las Vegas.

Pleasantly surprised The rooms have been updated and they are very on trend and comfortable. The space is well laid out. Nice view of part of the strip. People were very helpful and friendly. Pool was good sized. Shuttle was easy to use to get to the strip and back. We’ll go back.
