Deanne at the Diamond VIP registration is amazing _ Last month we stayed at the Caesars Palace for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had 2 back to back reservations. Deanne was the one helping us for checking in. She was able to keep the same room for the 2 reservations so that we don’t have to check in and check out again. Once she noticed it was my boyfriend’s birthday. She offered $100 food and beverages credits to us! So sweet and considerated_

David at Caesars David at the front desk at Caesars was amazing! He was friendly, fun, and inviting!!! We loved him! He was understanding of our situation getting in late and was very accommodating. I would love to see him at Caesar’s again!………………………………………

Disgusted, especially with the people in the concert area very nasty very entitled and speak to the public Like crap Be careful with this place make sure you go over your bill before you leave. They overcharge you. They hit you with extra resort fees and daily fees and even if you don’t touch the mini bar, you have to fight with them over the phone to show that nothing was in the minibar, it’s insane what they’re doing to people you call them and nobody wants to help you out would never return to this place again overcharge and they’re sneaky about it. They smile your face telling you everything is perfect. Everything is taken care of then. Suddenly you get $1000 bill in your credit card for unknown charges.

Relaxing stay Great stay! We were very well greeted and taken care of by Seifer McQueen at the check in. We appreciated his personal touch and hospitality in making us feel welcomed and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We have a great time at the pool and enjoyed the location and ease of access everything.
