Staycations Last visit 2019 miss you guys rooms best hotel housekeeping and staff in Vegas. I wanted to spend our 25th wedding anniversary but unfortunately you were still closed. I can't wait til you open back up again so I can have friends and family come stay and check out your hotel 5 stars

Our stays Anniversary , Birthday ,4th of july I 've always had a great time here and loved the sport's book snack bar .. And resort fee wasn't so expensive ... Can't wait till you open back up . love the window rooms most of all was perfect for the 4th of July .

Enjoyable My husband and I have stayed here several times. Every time we enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms, great service. On our last trip I was a bit disappointed that they had closed the snack bar are near the Sports book. But otherwise I had no issues. I can't wait for them to open back up, so we can book another staycation.

Miscommunication all around We wanted to cancel our reservation, but since it was done through Booking.com, we had to call them and go back and forth with the reservation desk. It was a hassle. They charged us for one night's stay, but since it was on the day we were to check in, that was understandable.

So much potential... The property is very clean, practically spotless. I'd love to give them a higher score, but there are a few knitpicky things that won't let me. The biggest thing is they limit you to only three connections to the wifi. THREE! If you are there on business you probably have a phone, a computer, and a tablet. If your spouse is with you, or kids, you're stuck. I find this practice unacceptable in today's wireless world. I couldn't find a plug to charge my phone next to the bed and had to plug it in across the room. Not a big deal, but unnecessary. Overall, there weren't enough plugs in the room. The only amenities in the room were a liquid soap dispenser next to the sink and unlabeled soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Last time I saw those was in a fleabag motel on a backroad in Alabama 20 years ago. The room was large and well laid out. Staff was courteous. Views were nice. I really want to rate the Cannery higher based on all that. But charging a resort fee for fleabag amenities just won't let me. It's a shame to visit a beautiful, clean resort so well done but held back by a few attempts to nickel and dime their guests.
