Delightful and restful stay amidst the Vegas craziness of Labor Day Weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites. The staff were friendly and attentive, and while the location isn't directly on the new or old Vegas strips, it’s just a short Uber/Lyft ride away. The nearest casino is the Virgin Hotel and Casino, only a block away. The complimentary breakfast area met the typical Embassy Suites standards. Due to the Labor Day Weekend crowds, there were long lines for the cooked-to-order items, but they moved quickly. The self-serving areas were well stocked and maintained. However, I’d suggest adding another toaster during peak times. I didn’t catch their names, but the gentleman and lady maintaining the breakfast area were wonderful! I did encounter a couple of housekeeping issues where my suite wasn't serviced on two days. After notifying the front desk, housekeeping responded promptly, though it was late in the day. Additionally, the irons provided lack caps on the water inlet, which causes water to splash while ironing. The suite phone labels are outdated, and the buttons for in-room dining and the front desk didn’t work properly, leading to unanswered calls. I had to use my cell phone to reach the hotel directly. When ordering in-room dining, you need to go to the bar to place and pick up your order. On a brighter note, the bar staff, Day and Mel, were a delightful duo with great personalities that made Happy Hour a pleasure. Lisa, the front desk manager, was also a delight to interact with. The pool area and landscaping were well maintained, though it was unfortunate that the hot tubs were out of service during my stay. The provided towels were quite small, so guests had to take several to use on the lounge chairs. The lobby micro market was well-stocked with a variety of sodas, snacks, and sundry items, making it convenient for grabbing essentials. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent staff and well-kept facilities.

Very unprofessional front desk. Very unprofessional front desk.................. A front desk staff member named Evan made a mistake and refused to fix the billing issue. He also refused to transfer me to the property manager and hung up the phone. Stay away from this hotel.

Comparable to Motel 6 - Buyer Beware I would avoid staying at this hotel because the staff is unprofessional and not customer friendly. After I checked in with my family of four, I called the front desk to ask for two more bath towels. The front desk agent said that I could not get anymore towels because the room already had four bath towels and I already exceeded the number of towels provided in a room. The room was dirty, bathroom floor was wet when we checked in and the carpet seemed like it had not been vacuumed in months. Also, the bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in quicksand as the mattress was extremely soft and sunk in as the night progressed - AND the total combined weight for my wife and I is 250 pounds. It was SO bad that none of us were able to sleep that night. In addition, the pillow felt like a lot of cotton balls stuffed into it. Lastly, as a HHonors Gold member, I should be able to be upgraded to the best available room. Although i found premium suites available on the Hilton app for that night, i asked front desk if i could get upgraded to a premium room and they flat out lied and said that they were sold out!!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I would definitely choose another hotel over this one.

No Pool, poor customer service even when rebooking another Hilton Worst experience ever. Checked in. Spent maybe 20 minutes there. Kids went to the pool at 4:50, spent minutes there and were told the pool closed at 5. Was told by the manager it is listed on the website. Still having a tough time finding it. Booked another Hilton and left so my kids could swim. Spent more money on another hotel. $50 early departure fee. Called embassy suites the following day to have the fee reversed. Was told there was a note “manager said agreed to fee.” Wasn’t left with many other options than to eat it and get out of there! When we checked in there was a stain on the bed that I wrote off as maybe a coffee stain.

Embassy suites is crap Well, let’s see let’s start with the fact that the science says to pull closes at dusk which I mean seems reasonable. You’re in Las Vegas in the summer, but that is not the case we had gotten to the pool at 4:30 and the guard came out and told everybody that the pool closes at 5 PM, even though the sign clearly states I have gotten a different hotel had I known they closed the pool at five . I also attached pictures of our sink because it would not drain and you can see how it won’t drain and it’s bringing up all the shaved hairs from down in the sink and putting it into it. It’s disgusting and gross not worth what I paid for this place. Then let’s get breakfast. It was complete crap.!!!’ Embassy is always known for to order breakfast. They made fresh pancakes. You would have every type of fruit imaginable. Well, not now now they do microwavable looking silver dollar pancakes what taste like powdered scrambled eggs they hide the bacon the counter so you can’t get your own. They have a one fruit only at all Embassy suites. I guess they only can carry one fruit at a time this is not worth what you’re paying for anymore. Embassy suites has went to crap. Kinda hard to say you had a good vacation when you booked all your hotel stays at Embassy suites because it used to be a good hotel and you’re already in it too far and you can’t cancel your reservation so you’re stuck at crap hotels thanks a lot Embassy suites and thanks a whole whole lot to you too Hilton because you own this crap
